Goal- The goal of project should be simple and achievable so that each project
member can engage actively. In the context of above project, goal of this
project is to launch a solar system which can reduce dependency of water
electricity. As well as to offer electricity in those area which are under
development.
Approval- It is the last phase of project initiation document that is related to
taking permission from authorities so that project can be started as per the plan.

Findings- The project has been completed not up to mark. This is so because of
some external factors. Such as cost of labour increased during project execution
process as a result cost of labour raised. Due to which estimation of cost failed.
In addition to this, communication plan was not so effective during project
because it does not involve any consideration of employees or labour who can
communicate to managers. As a consequences, employees didn't discussed key
issues with the managers which they faced during the project.
Suggestion- In the aspect, this can be suggested to finance managers that they
should make financial plan in accordance of market condition. They should
make proper market research before making assumption for making any
financial plan.
As well as project managers, should try to make a detailed communication plan
so that each member of project can coordinate to managers without feeling any
hesitation.
