The Native Bush Spices is vending their items through small markets and stores. It’s important for
any organization to develop their marketing plan to develop the brand value. There is a need to
improve that Native Bush Spices need to adopt strategies and new marketing plans which will
increase the brand awareness among the people. They also need to improve the techniques and
infrastructures to attract more people towards their brands.
Criteria for success
For successful implementation of new project, the management of Bush Spices should consider the
following parameters.
1. Company should make an improvement and innovation in the ingredients.
