business organizations. The company has an official website but it only has limited features and
meant for information display only. The company now wants to update the website and add more
functions that will benefit the business of the company.

Finally, it can be concluded that the company can go ahead with the plan for upgradation
of the website within the estimated budget but needs to ensure that the benefits will be achieved
within a very short time. The customers will be able to open their own profiles in the business
portal and conduct business through the portal only.
Some recommendations to the company for project are as follows.
The company must ensure the entire project is completed within the specified
time period and within the specified budget.
The company must promote the business portal among the customers.
The company must ensure the online security of the business portal for preventing
compromise of the personal information of the clients.
