9. Evidence for the project ability to achieve the deliverables
For achieving the deliverables for the project, I have the ability to complete the project on
time ad to ensure that all the things and proceeded in precise manner and through this the main
aim and the goal of the project which is its completion is fulfilled (Inglis, 2019). I was able to
meet the deadline of the project by successfully completing it on time and in effective and
significant manner possible.
TASK 2
1. Create a brief completion summary to stakeholders involved in the project
The project provided the all the important information which is to be utilized for the
process of knowing how scaling up of the project along with all the essential elements were used
in its completion and along with this the main thing which the project helped in inquiring was
that how the goals and objectives were accomplished at an appropriate time (Derakhshan and
et.al., 2019). The stakeholders who were involved in the project such as the Board Members,
CEO, Suppliers and the Employees should be aware of the project which included the roles and
responsibilities of them and with the help of that the project was completed on large scale in an
effective manner possible. This also included the time frame and budget within which the whole
project was been completed successfully. Thus, the project which was being framed on the basis
of the time frame and budget was completed successfully and this helped in knowing what the
project requirements were and how they were to be fulfilled.
Process that would be followed to assign project staff to new roles and duties in the due
procedure can be done through induction process and training process which will allow the
individuals to allow their roles and responsibilities on large scale and through this they will be
able to know what their roles and responsibilities are once they are being allotted through the
induction and training process which will help them in knowing what they have to do so that
their roles are made clear to them (David, 2017). Through training and induction process, the
employees will be able to value their position in the organization and this will help them in
knowing what their actual work is all about. Training of the staff members is very important as
they will be assigned new roles and duties which they have to deliver to the organization. Thus,
the roles and duties will be assigned to the staff members by following proper induction and
training process in an effective and efficient manner.
