Project purpose and rationale
Max Lionel Reality is a property developing company in which approximately 100
people are working. Max Lionel is the company which remains indulged in the
practices of providing a better and effective set of support to the people working with
the company so as to ensure that these people working in the workplace could remain
happy and feels secure while working company wants to develop a fair policy plan.
To develop a fair policy plan company is planning to initiate a project which will help
in designing software (JIE, 2017). This software will ensure that the employees
working with the company should have proper information about all the aspects
related to the policies of the company. In case of any breach, employees will be
provided the access to make a complaint about the software on behalf of which strict
actions will be taken by the company if the person will be found guilty. Hence, to
provide an appropriate and relevant set of information related to the project initiated
by the company a report is developed in which all the aspects related to the project
will be bifurcated and information related to the same will be availed in the report
(Wasson, 2015).

Project purpose
Purpose of the system development project for Max Lionel Reality is to ensure that
the employee working in the organization could get the access to gain a proper set of
information related to the workplace policies. The project initiated will provide a set
direction with the help of which Max Lionel Reality will be able to provide an
appropriate set of information to the employees working over there (Anthony, &
Garner, 2016). The project will also provide access to the employees working at the

workplace to file a complaint and remaining informed related with any kind of new
plan or policy.
Background and strategic context
Max Lionel Reality is a company which is known for providing property development
solution. The company has many of the satisfied customers for whom it works
(Castellanos, Cigarrán, & García-Serrano, 2017). Max Lionel Reality is the company
of which there are 100 employees. These 100 employees work together to ensure that
the quality could be provided in the project. To manage the quality all the set of
aspects is being used by the company. In this situation, it becomes important for Max
Lionel Reality to take care of the employees working for it and to help them in
managing their professional life in an appropriate way. Therefore, to provide a healthy
and happy working environment Max Lionel Reality prefer to apply Work Health and
Safety Policy and Anti-Discrimination Policy at the workplace. These policies provide
an appropriate set of solution to the employees working in the workplace and help
them in feeling safe for the workplace they are working (Mavridis, Gross-Amblard,
and Miklós, 2016).
Max Lionel Reality is the company which works for the purpose of maintaining
transparency at the workplace. In this situation, the company is willing to work on a
project which could help in developing software for the employee help support. The
support system will work for providing an appropriate set of information to the
employees working in the workplace and will help them in filing any complaint or
issue. This support system will enhance the transparency of the workplace and will
help the employees in remaining informed (Mainga, 2017). Hence, to provide in-depth
information related to various aspects of the project this report is developed which
will include information related to the process and practices required by the company
to be followed so as to manage the IT project. The report will help all the company in
making the decision of whether the project initiated by it will be fruitful or not and
whether it will provide a helping hand to the company of will affect the goodwill in
the market.

that happy workplace environment helps in keeping the employees happy and provide
an opportunity for growth to the organization. In this case, it becomes necessary that
Max Lionel Reality should develop a proper support system for the employees who
could help them in managing the work and ensure their safety and security at the
workplace (Furnham, & Gunter, 2015).

Many of the projects were undertaken by the project manager who is working on the

Information System of other companies and managed many other technical projects.
