The commercial establishment serving and offering various health and beauty spa that
includes exercise, steam baths and massage to the people. In different country, there are various
health spa parlours which are providing effective spa to the country people. This report is based
on Aus health spa which is situated in outer suburbs of Sydney and they are offering wide range
of services such as massages, body treatments (Wallnöfer and Hacklin, 2013). The main motive
