Training needs
The training needs in W-supermarkets limited is in regards to making the workers
understand more about the needs for safety in the supermarkets. It is important that the workers
are trained effectively on the various safety issues that can arise out of scenarios present at the
supermarkets. W-supermarkets Limited’s supermarkets cover large areas that are divided into
various sections for the convenience of the customers. Some of the important areas to focus
while evaluating the training needs are fire safety, general security, flooding, weather related
scenarios and other important safety situations that can arise in the stores. The workers need to
be made aware as they can face safety and security situations that need to be addressed
effectively. In essence the large markets are susceptible to be affected by dangerous situations. In
order to avoid complications and factors that may lead to further dangerous situations there is
significant need for effective training.
