We will maintain a position of excellence in the management of occupational health safety and welfare for all employees, clients,
course participants and visitors. Management of Workplace Health and Safety will be the pro-active prevention of work-related
injuries and illness and the promotion of safe work practices and procedures.
We acknowledge that active co-operation of all employees is required in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Consequently, we are committed to a consultative approach with Workplace Health and Safety, where all people within the
company have a responsibility for their own and other employee's health and safety at the work place, and the health and safety of

This policy outlines the commitment of our business in providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, clients,
course participants and visitors.
POLICY
We will maintain a position of excellence in the management of occupational health safety and welfare for all employees, clients,
course participants and visitors. Management of Workplace Health and Safety will be the pro-active prevention of work-related
injuries and illness and the promotion of safe work practices and procedures.
We acknowledge that active co-operation of all employees is required in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Consequently, we are committed to a consultative approach with Workplace Health and Safety, where all people within the
company have a responsibility for their own and other employee's health and safety at the work place, and the health and safety of
all clients, course participants and visitors. Specific roles and responsibilities have been assigned to all employees.
EMPLOYEES WH&S RESPONSIBILITIES
A key requirement in achieving excellence in Workplace Health and Safety is the commitment and involvement of all employees.
To reflect this commitment, all employees will have an active role in the planning, development and implementation of health and
safety policies and programs.
In their own interests, and as a legal obligation, all employees have a responsibility and duty of care to ensure that everything is
done to effectively implement all health and safety provisions. In particular they must:
1. Take reasonable care to protect their health and safety whilst at work.
2. Not act in an improper, unsafe or unbecoming manner when performing official duties. Bare feet, swinging on chairs,
running, fooling around, inappropriate dress and language are examples of inappropriate conduct. These inappropriate
behaviours are not acceptable and under no circumstances will they be tolerated, either at the venues, in the office or at
any other location or event where you are representing us.
3. Use any equipment provided to protect their health and safety and follow reasonable instructions as provided by
us, on health and safety.
4. Ensure they do not, through the consumption of alcohol, or a drug, endanger their own safety or the safety of
anyone else.
5. Any employee that intentionally or consistently breaches this health and safety policies, guidelines and
procedures may face disciplinary action.
Various Health and Safety policies and procedures have been developed which embody the aims of this Workplace
Health and Safety policy.
