2. Assessment of own performance
The implementation of project plan was successful as a result ABC ltd, increased its sales

3. Self-assessment
I am meeting my goals and objectives effectively as it is observed that implementing ERP
system helped in increasing the revenue of the company as well as developed efficiency
in the business functions. The company is also increasing its productivity and profit.
I successfully comply with working standards at ABC ltd, the ERP system is an
accountancy system that assist in managing accounts of the organisation and is
completely a positive element for the workplace and its environment.
Issue and concerns – A major issue revealed by the feedbacks is lack of knowledge and
training to the employees

Areas of work to improve performance – There are certain areas which required
improvement in myself such as communication skills, time management skills, team-
work and knowledge about ERP system.

order to identify and report areas of improvement, ABC ltd conducts meetings with
present and major stakeholders, determine the cope of the project, conduct interview for
the staff, prepare benchmarks for each and every area etc.
In order to regularly evaluate my work performance with respect to organisational
requirements I will use collect feedbacks form my senior and subordinates at regular

company’s network. This software is engaged towards engineering, architecture and
construction industries.

projects. The software is client-based, but consists a web-publishing wizard.
