Work Schedule Assessment 1
Plan and create a work schedule
Submission details
The Assessment Task is due on the date specified by your assessor. Any variation to
this arrangement must be approved in writing by the Course Co-ordinator.
Submit this document with any required evidence attached. See specifications below
for details.
Performance objective
In this assessment task you are required to develop a work plan and schedule for
your workgroup.
Assessment description
The task is designed to be applied to your workplace or prior workplace experience.
You are required to work collaboratively to produce a work plan, description of work
roles and responsibilities, contingency measures, work schedule and record of
adjustments made during implementation/completion. Due to the vast differences
between workplaces and individual tasks/projects, student submissions are expected
to vary greatly. Speak with your facilitator/assessor if you have any questions or
concerns about adapting the task to your work environment.
The information needed for the successful completion of this assessment task will
vary depending on your workplace and the nature of the task you are planning. To
help you complete a work plan, consider:
resources
client needs
work group targets (including budgetary, production, reporting, sales, etc.)
your responsibilities and priorities
time and scheduling
contingency planning for factors that may affect achievement of work
objectives.
If you do not have a workplace in which to undertake the task as described below,
you should discuss an alternative with your facilitator/assessor – they may be able to
provide you with a simulated workplace or scenario. Another option is to undertake a
task or project in an alternative work-like environment in which you are involved, such
as:
a community institution, such as a library or community centre
a sports club with which you are involved
a family member or friend’s workplace.

Some of the tasks are overlapping each other. The total time required for the
successful completion of the IOT based health-care system development project is
180 days. If all the requirements of the project are considered properly then it is
expected that the project will be successfully completed within estimated time and
budget as well. The budget allotted for the IOT system is around $20,000. The health
condition of the patients will be stored within the server with high security and none of
the externals will be able to access information from the server without permission.
Sunday none of the worker will be working however or the rest of the days from
Monday to Saturday, the employees will work from 11 AM from 5 PM every day.
