Introduction
The present report is going to highlight the different plans and policies like an operational plan,
professional development policy, etc. of an organisation known as Bizops Enterprises. This is a
consultancy firm that used to offer trained and skilled workers to their clients. In this report, the
key components of the organisation's policies, plans, and procedures are also going to discuss
properly. In addition to this, a questionnaire is designed and the responses are also mentioned in
the report so that learner will receive an idea about the same.

I have set my goals with the help of my senior managers and colleagues. The reason for creating
such goals is to attain opportunities to grow my career. These personal goals setting is proved to
be valuable for venture (Swierz III, 2017). For example, if I become successful in improving my
professional skills then, I will be able to give more contribution to the development of the
company.

a). How the KPIs will be used to measure goal-related performance.
The KPI must be made about the goals and objectives set by the training manager. KPIs
must be qualitative and quantitative. The performance of the organisation can be reflected
by using key performance indicator which is a quantifiable Metrix that relate to the
attributes of success. These are used as a tool for performance management (Kooij, et. al.,
2015). Training manager can use this as a measure for tracking the degree up to which

the goals and targets of the performance are achieved. The areas of problems can be
identified, what improvements are needs and the areas where the performance is at the
high level can also be identified. By this, it becomes easy for training manager to plan
and execute the training programs.
b). How will you maintain performance under varying conditions and contingencies? Give
specific examples.
When I am in a critical situation or a varying work environment, I will take help of my
colleagues and seniors. Their proper guidance will help me a lot in doing work. I will enhance
my attributes and knowledge by more studying about my field and have proper communication
with my employees and clients.

My strength is that I have deep knowledge of business, patience, disciplined, independent,
leadership skills and I can use them in giving conducting my work on time effectively and
efficiently. All the clients will be maintained and more clients will be attracted by my trait of
discipline, good communication skills, and punctuality. My weakness is overconfidence,
procrastinator. I will make a daily schedule which will make me accountable for my team. I will
maintain a balance between very good, perfect and being on time.

I will work as a positive role model; the ways of my working can determine this. I treat each of
mine trainees in a polite manner and try to know about their personal as well as professional
issues. The reason of considering the personal issues of worker is: the personal problems of
workers make them sad and depressed, and due to that they are not able to perform effectively
the professional chores at workplace (Jackson, and Wilton, (2016). Apart from this, my work
plans can be served as an example and it can be followed at the corporation since it is effective in
nature. For instance, the work plans like investigating the skills of each trainee before offering
them particular training session helps in selecting the correct training. This saves the time as well
as cost. This activity can be used an example by any other training managers as it will proved to
be beneficial for them or the company itself.
b). How will you maintain appropriate work – life balance, manage stress and maintain
health?
The proper work-life balance can be maintained by me in following manner:
