Outlining problems occurring
Within CupNBake, there are several issues emerged that may put negative impact on
productivity and performance level of organization. For example, first issue occur between Paul
and Katies, because she likes radio while working at workplace, just to enjoy her work and feel
relax. Due to this kind of her nature, Paul does not feel comfortable as the sound of radio
disturbed him, and he feels distracted. Furthermore, her singing also impacted his work, which
he never like at all.
Another problem that occur in company is between Mario and Vivian because he had an
issue with his lifestyle choices as he is the oldest lady in staff and handled all files, records and
telephone inquires related to all staff members, specially newly recruited.
Detailing from all parties
Paul, Katie, Mario and Vivian all are working within same company where they deal with
and handle their accountabilities according to position. For example, Paul is accountable to
oversees employees recruitment and development process, which developed for existing and new
workers who have been hired by Franchises.
Mario is one of the oldest and experienced men in organization, who work in human
resource department and holds position of management officer. He is 29 year old employees, and
lives with his partner.
Vivian help Paul in varied areas, while working in same firm, she is 57 year old lady and
dedicated vegetarian and catholic.
Katie is 23 year old girl who is single and responsible to book keeping, she loves to listen
song and sing as well while working.
Determining actual problem
Just because of Katie behaviour, Paul do not prefer to work with her at same workplace.
While Vivian and Mario also face challenges due to personality differences.
Meeting history and results
Management after obtaining information about these two issues, may conduct group
meeting which enable them to take strategic action and decision through which they may address
each issue and solve effectively. They may take action to develop effective strategy plan.

Katie, Mario and Vivian get chance to collaborate with each other and clarify issues that they all
are facing. It is one of the best tactics that help to address and solve key problems, which may
put negative impact on all performance. Group discussion it the best solution because it allow
individual to confront what they seek from other who work with them at same workplace.
Effective communication tactic to outline plan parties included
Furthermore, effective communicative strategy may also contribute to solve each
problem as it may provide opportunity to share own preferences and expectations from others.
Employees interaction with each other may enable them to make a good discussion, which solve
their issues and conflict and provide desire outcomes to management which enable them to
continue with franchising plan.
