EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
• The content of this report will be based on description of detailed
information regarding the designed lifestyle newsletter for
Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
• This report will involve information of associated team members,
loopholes of performance, measurement of outcomes and future
resolutions for project.
• It will analyse and assess the possible detailed information about
the preparation and designing of newsletter and will suggest some
feasible solutions to the members of the project.

Project description and objectives
• The project is about Lifestyle newsletter prepared to highlight the
contemporary topics of Australia, spreading awareness and educating
readers.
• Local citizens and influencers will be the target audience of the project to
sensitize common people about relevant lifestyle problems.
The project involves different objectives such as-
• To accumulate effective tools and sources to raise awareness among citizens
about relevant contemporary issues related to modern lifestyle.

The team members were assigned to manage different tasks on the basis of
requirements and deadlines for the project. The sponsor was responsible to
direct the team and in coordination with managers who were assigned to lead
the team and control every administrative work.

Comparison and analysis of outcomes with
objectives
• The project turned out to be highly matched with its designed objective as it
thoroughly considered all sort of strategies required to make the plan
successful.
• To reach desired audience and readers (The newsletter was successful to
generate millions of readers and followers which were also supported by
influencers and celebrities due to the relevance of the topics it introduced.)
• To provide credibility to received information and reach up to ground level for
accumulating data (The team members were highly professionalised and
expertise to perform various strategic data collection tasks. They thoroughly did
in depth analysis of collected data to increase its relevancies and credibility
among readers.)

Problems and resolutions
• The project was facing some issues in terms of data collection and its
analysis due to some coordination among team and data governing
organizations.
• The members were not receiving desired coordination from statutory bodies
of concerned organizations to reveal a proper set of information to make
reliable content.
• Apart from this, technical issues like lack of accuracy in communication
channels slower down the ongoing process.

Performance problems and resolutions
• Beside the competencies of team members, the project was lagging behind
in ensuring the management of uncertainties and its assessments.
• The risks were not properly assessed at prior basis and team needed to be
more constructive for the same.
• Further, the functions related to cost estimation and capital investments
were also found to be insufficient.
• Depriving of the issues, the team effectively managed the activities by
strategic capital funding and regulated ongoing processes smoothly.

Unresolved issues and improvement requirement
• The content of newsletter was relevant and informative but not impactful for longer
time period.
• The limitations of project such as no repetition of content, made it difficult for
members to take suitable action continuously on a particular objectified issue.
• The project was having a limited marketing and advertisement alternatives and
couldn’t opt for personalised marketing functions.
• Thus, to manage such introduced issues, the advertisements functions were framed
publically.
• There was a need to promote different initiatives took place regarding a particular
societal, lifestyle and environmental issue and constraint of time needed to be
regulated.

Solutions for future
• Number of outlines and solutions can be considered by executive while
working on similar kind of project in future.
• To make the content more impactful, the newsletter will present contribution
of citizens and public interviews section that will directly relate with
common people.
• Further, the advertisement functions and policies for newsletter will include
personalised thanking notes for readers and subscribers.
• There will be certain type of vouchers that will be provided to regular
readers for making some contribution to small initiatives related to
environmental issues and other related programs.

Conclusion
• The content has summarised the fact that proper segmentation and targeting
readers, audience have been an elementary part of designing newsletter.
• All the processes of data collection need a proper support and openness from
different associated organizations for adequate sufficient information for
content.
• The report reflected that proper advertisement for newsletter can be highly
effective if it involve personalised gratitude for readers and audience.
• The content concluded by addressing the importance of coordination among
team members for designing relatable contents.
