It is very important to know that the team management is very crucial and it should not
be managed without the use of certain strategies. The 4 strategies which ultimately help
in the managing teams are:
Smart hiring: The team members should not be guided at every point of time and also,
they should be able to so work more than what given to them. If the team is new, the
members should be hired by new universities and startups. While interviewing it is very
important to know whether the candidate can do multiple works or not (ER services,
2017).
Focus organization: While doing more than one task during a day, it is very important
for those people, who can do multiple tasks in a single period. The proper use of tools
should be there, to manage and organize those services.
Encouragement: In the early stage or work, it is very important to understand that work
is always more, it is the need to manage multiple and more works. Encouragement is
too much required.
Prioritize their work: It is very important to understand that a single team can’t able to
achieve a big task. We should figure out the important task, which should be completed
first, which are important. It also makes the team member realize the importance and
responsibilities (Red note, 2018).

There are many ways to provide support to the team members which can ultimately

required. Daily judging and monitoring can make the member fear out and they may

person to many others without hampering their work, one big disadvantage is it cannot
be accessed by anybody and it cannot float detailed information.
One on One: It is a more informative way of communication but it can indulge only a
single person. It is a 2-person communication and it is its disadvantage as it cannot float
a single message to many others in a less span of time (ER services, 2017).

a positive role model.
There are these 7 role model qualities anyone should possess such as:
Leadership and confidence: It is very important to understand what a leader is and
what are his or her capacities. Anyone who is helping everyone and solving a problem
in a versatile way, that person has leadership qualities.
Uniqueness should be there and it is a good quality to have. Pretend normal and
genuine in every aspect of life. The first perspective of a person as a role model is a
person who has a unique personality (ER services, 2017).
Showing respect and taking care of others is very important. A role model should be
very well behaved and should show respect. There is a personality which will improve
the role model.

making. It is a very good way of involving the members for the decision-making process

It is the managers who are responsible to communicate with the people whose goals
should be achieved. It is not possible for the leaders to communicate daily with the
organizations.

The five stages of Group development are:
Forming stage: It is the first and initial stage of group development, at this point in time
the group members are not too close to each other and they are full of anxiety. It is the
behavior of the members which can be desired by the members of the group. There are
many disadvantages to this stage such as it is difficult to understand the purpose of the
group. Group members should be known how to manage the group and how to achieve
the purpose made. This particular stage is also called the Orientation stage (Mindtools,
2015).
Control scuffle: The second stage in the development of the group is called the
storming stage. The storming stage is the main stage where disputes and competitions
between the group members generally occurring. In this stage, the newly joined group
members try to adapt to the environment.
It is a stage of good and energetic group members and the members who want to be in
their comfort zones they remain in that zone.
Norming stage: This stage is very comfortable for each and every group member. The
members feel comfort, ease of talking, corporative and productive communication
between the members.
Performing Stage: When the purpose of the group is clear, then the group members
can work towards performing better. This stage is the stage of improvement and
development. This stage is when the group is united and work in a well collaborative
manner. The member of the group at this stage trust and help each other in achieving
their goals (ER services, 2017).
Adjourning stage: This stage is the closure stage and too much confusion as all the
tasks given has to be completed at this stage.

given should describe briefly what is important in a scenario of conflicts and the actions
that will be taken in such a case.
How to handle a person who is afraid of speaking in the organization?
These are the steps to overcome this issue:
it is very important to understand about the material they will be talking about. Any
person cannot speak until he or she connects with the information he or she wants to
convey. Try to speak alone if you are not able to share your views, share with friends
first.
How to handle someone who doesn't take responsibilities about the mistakes
they have occurred?
It is not possible to blame anybody if he or she is not ready to take the responsibility.it is
very important to overcome the excuses made by the members. People heard saying I
know it is my fault but I can’t take the responsibility. It is very important to understand
that taking responsibility is important.
Anxiety is also now a very big problem as people are taking responsibilities but they are
not able to solve a problem which they have made. People sometimes get panic and
they back out from some problems from which they can counter.
Someone avoids sharing information.
Information should be shared frequently if someone stopped sharing information try to
find out the problem which is stopping him or her to share that problem. Any
communication gap can lead to a small problem and it can convert that small problem

How to overcome a problem when someone dominates us?
Someone who dominates in any conversation dominates mainly because he or she
thinks that you are less informed or have less knowledge regarding this particular thing.
It is important to make him or she realize that they are very much knowledgeable in this
context of information, it is important to make realization that they are also
knowledgeable regarding the topic which has been in discussion (Skills you need,
2017).
Team members sharing skills and ideas.
Team working is not only doing work together, but it is also to work in a collaborative
manner helping each other in their problems. Sharing information and problems with
