Introduction
The project is related to different functional areas and make effective business operation
to work and make significant changes for the growth in the business. In an organisation, the need
of business report make a significant growth and work as per the management to work and make
different approaches to analyse functional areas and this role in different department. All of these
are related to work and make significant success for the appropriate growth to measure the report
in an authenticate manner (Bergeron and et.al., 2021). This report include the meaning of
business, functional areas and relation to business approaches. Further, a brief description related
to functional area of the organisation and their required skills.
Definition of Business
A business is the organisation for the growth of entity and make engage commercial,
professional and charitable growth based on different activities. The important part of the
organisation is to earn profit and sales goods and services. All is related to work and make
significant aspect for the main purpose and generate profits (What is a Business?, 2021).
Definition- functional area of an organisation
With the different major functional areas for the growth in order to analyse knowledge
for the growth for every business entrepreneurship (Chung and et.al., 2021). These business
functional area for the growth to make sure and manage sources to analyse different functional
departmental changes. There are different department which help the organisation to run and
manage business major changes.
Key functional areas of a business
There are different functional areas which are related to make sure to fill their roles and
make business departments. To analyse the business department for the growth to operate
successfully growth (Czinkota, Ronkainen and Gupta, 2021). These functional area are helpful
for achieving success and try to achieve effective ways to promote working abilities and growth.
There are some major departments which include; Marketing, Finance, Human resource, Sales,
Research and development, and customer service department (Functional areas of business:

Description of the various functional areas in business organizations
Marketing: This is related to work and make significant aspect for the growing need,
and gain customer for the authorities to make effective training and management process.
This type of business department to play vital roles for promoting growth and make
effective mission and vision of the statement. This functional unit help the company to
work and make effective adoptive nature and make product packaging and make creative
materials for the growth of company's target (Guidr and Field, 2021). It will be helpful
for managing company structure, social media management, serving as media, internal
marketing is all related to effective growth and adoptive nature.
Human Resource Management: This is the department which help in recruiting and
managing people within an organisation. They have to analyse effective sources for
experiencing management and make sure for right skill approach, experience, and
qualifications. All is related to work and make approaches as per the need of the
customer. With the help of HR department, the need is basically helpful for in-charging
the evaluation, compensation and make benefits are related to management process of
company's process. All is related to work and make appropriate changes and make
significant growth in addressing different sources.
Customer Service: This is the department which interacting with customer and make
service department for analysing position and make changes. Their main role is related to
work and make systematic changes and analyse the role for the growth of different
representative with many business liners (Ilyash and et.al., 2021). Having an amazing
customer service department is basically related to create, maintain and analyse the
relationship to work and make growth in different businesses and make their basic
customer services. This is needed to understand that to keep the customer means not
always provide relevant product and services to offer but to play a role and manage
effective customer services are related to provide opportunities.
Finance: If the human department is the heart of the company, then the finance
department is basically related to blood of the company. There are some major changes
and growth to work and make considered effective and adoptive changes to make all

money matters. The main responsibilities of the department is considered to analyse and
control money flow within the department and make sure to make charges in payroll,
making sure for accurate performance on time. Another one is basically related to
manage sources and forecasting details for effective decision making changes for
analysing different platform and play and action to provide some major automating the
growth of business activities.
Research and Development: This is basically related to work and make sure for the
planning behavioural department in the company. All is related to make sustainable
changes and align for the development process of the company (Mahmoudian and et.al.,
2021). This is basically related to CEO and management of the company and make sure
for execute the plans that are helpful in increasing revenue and fulfilling concepts for the
growth of company's performance.
Sales: Sales is the department for the growth and make systematic changes to analyse
the role and make sure for managing successive departments. The people of this
department is accountable for make sure about sales person and their job responsibilities
to work and consider the job performance. This may include their planning, organisation,
implementing and sales programme are handling situation and provide training to their
field workers.
Skills needed by employees for effective work in these functional areas
Marketing employees: There are different sources which are related to make source and
needed communication channel. All is related to provide suitable changes and make
creativity for analysing problem to manage effective solutions. Further, the employee is
needed to make marketing employee for effective leadership, adaptive nature and data
analysis to marketing manage suitable growth in the company (Peco-Torres and et.al.,
2021). This sector help the company to grow and adopting different skills for the
analysing techniques and nature.
Human Resource Management employees: These employees are the one which make
organisational changes and having flexible nature. As, there are some growth and make
adoptive nature to analyse skills and able to work for the growth and managing changes
to work and make growth in adoptive technologies. There are some major growth and

changes to work and consider different adoptive nature for the growth of other
employees. This will help the company to grow and make sustainable changes for the
growth of the company.
Customer Service employees: These type of employees are related to pervasive
speaking skills, empathy in nature. Further, the employee should be able to use positive
body language, self-control, having the skill for taking responsibilities and work as per
the growth and management changes (Stawiarska and et.al., 2021). These employees are
able to deal with the nature and make sure for customer service for make a control and
manage abilities to work in different adoptive nature. With the help of above mentioned
skills, the company and their employee are able to manage effective customer services in
ethical manner.
Finance employees: With the help of effective training, knowledge and adoptive natre
are helpful for the finance employees to work effectively in the organisation. There are
different ways which are related to communicate with other departments, having the
ability to make financial reporting, problem solving approaches, Knowledge for the
growth of IT sector and make effective management skills (Rachidi and El Mohajir,
2021). It will be helpful for the growth of company and make sure for analysing
approaches to work and considers management experience for working in finance
department.
Research and Development employees: To become the manager of the research and
development employees, this is important to have a safe picture of the project from
starting to end. All is consider for the growth and make adoptive technologies for the
ultimate changes and nature for communicate well with the knowledge and make
effective training session with lower the staff. With the help of other staff the company
and their research and development sector are able to communicate the change and adopt
the real meaning and planning for having different sector and changes in the company.
Sales employees: These are the employees who are consider for the filed work and
always ready to face the customer, in order to improve brand image. All is related to
effective quality and make suitable changes for active listening and action oriented to
make effective changes in the technologies (Shenkar, 2021). These workers are needed to
improve their skills and manage different perspective, discovery, work with customer,

and make sure for deciding success and manage effective change in sources for adoptive
nature and growth for the company.
Conclusion
From the above report, it is evaluated that the new business must have the proper research
and knowledge of the company structure and nature of the company. John should use different
departmental knowledge for the growth of his business and make suitable challenges to analyse
the impact and work as per the progressive nature and society. All is related to work and make
significant changes for analysing appropriate growth and successive nature in the business
operational growth.
