INTRODUCTION
The values, principles, behavior or norms shown by the staff for the
organization is considered as enterprise culture (Cross and Payne, 2018). The way
how the employees interact with the outsiders and their clients also shows the
culture of the enterprise. The second important thing important for the success of the
businesses is organizational creativity for bringing out innovation in the businesses.
The continuous innovation in the products helps the organization in its continuous
growth and responsible for differentiating it different from the other competitors
products. This file includes about the enterprise culture, its creativity and its
innovation. Also, the relationship between the enterprises culture, creativity and
innovation. Later, the contribution of these three factors on social and economic
progress is mentioned.

About Enterprise culture, Creativity and Innovation
Enterprise Culture – The way to expresses the discussion among the
internal staff, clients or from the outsiders all this describes the culture of the
enterprise (Arefieva and Arefiev, 2020). Enterprise culture plays a vital role in
the success of the businesses and in achieving the organizational goals. The
organization having the positive environment leads in achieving its goals more
quickly as compare to the organization having bad organizational
environment. Also the retention rate of the organization having the good
culture is more then the bad organizational culture. Although culture of the
organization is reflected by the behavior of the employees but other then this
culture can be reflected by the dress code, physical appearance or
infrastructure of the organization and the facilities employees are getting in
the organization.
Creative enterprise - The most important skills which the organization must

to be creative either by making new products or by adding something new
things in the existing products. Creativity is a continuous process which
benefits the organization in long as well as in short run. Its helps in

customers get a lot of options and customers are divided in order to attain the
focus of all the customers towards the product it is important to add something
unique in the product or add some different feature in the product which
makes it differentiate from the competitors product. The other important thing
is that the duplicates of the products are easily made and launched in the
market as low prices, this will affect the image of the branded product, so its
important to use that techniques which can't be easily copied. Continuous
creativity and complex techniques used while manufacturing the products are
the only two solutions which help the organization in its continuous growth.
Innovation in enterprise – For the continuous growth in the organization and
for the increasing the efficiency of the organization innovation is very
important (Ferreira, Coelho and Moutinho, 2020). Innovation in the products
leads to attract more customers and it also helps in capturing a large market
share of the company. When an organization is first in innovation then their
will be lot of competitors who will try to copy them, so the process of
innovation should be complex that it can not be copied. If someone tries to
copy it then it can't be same as the original product, this will helps in creating
monopoly in the market and the companies can charge higher prices for it.

Enterprise culture is the factor which helps in knowing the values, believes of
the employees towards the organization, other staff, clients and the outsiders. So

the organizations in capturing the competitive advantages. The creativity and
innovation in an organization boosts the reputation of the business. As the
company will be recognized for it creativity and continuous innovation. For the
long survival of the organization in the market the company should be creative
and innovative, otherwise soon the company will become outdated and start
loosing its customers. By being creative the customers also get choice among

Catană, 2020). The employees be rewarded for their efforts and appreciated
for their work, will motive the employees to work more efficiently. Instead of
demotivating the employees for not able to complete their tasks, proper
training is provided to them and observing them where they are lacking will
boost the confidence of the employees. All this leads in increasing the job
satisfaction of the employees for their work.
Increasing productivity – When a work is done by putting the team efforts,
by communicating the ideas and by doing healthy discussion will leads in
bringing the good and desired output from the businesses. The desired output
by produced by the employees will increase the productivity of the
organization. Each and every individual will give the different opinion and
those opinions will be discussed to bring out the best outcome. And this is
only possible when the employees of the organization comes together and
start working as a team (Ghasemzadeh, Nazari, Farzaneh and Mehralian,
2019). The good and healthy environment of the organization can make all
this possible by increase productivity and attain organizational goal.

will results in achieving the high retention rate of the organization. The
organization which is not having a healthy environment make the employees
to take decision for leaving the job, as they are not satisfied with the job. But
the organization having a healthy culture of the organization attains the focus
to the employees towards them (Yeşil and Doğan, 2019). They don't even
think of leaving the job. It is said that the employee who left the job for the
higher salary has the chances to come back in the organization, but the
employee who left the job for the bad culture of the organization has no
chances to come back within the organization.
Increasing brand image – The organization having a healthy work place and
is very creative, involved in continuous innovation results in increasing the
brand image of the organization. The employees of the organization has the
power either to build or to collapse the name of the organization. When the
employees of the organization interacts with the clients or with the outsiders,
the way they interact, communicate and behave with them shows the culture
of the organization. Other then this the rate of employee satisfaction will also
increase the image of the organization.

culture the values and principles of the employees can be seen. Innovation and
creativity are two different terms. It's possible for most of the organizations to be
innovative but it is possible for some organization to be creative. As creativity is
developing something new and innovations is adding some additional features in the
existing products. With this it is mentioned that the relationship between
organizational culture and creativity is helping the organizations in bringing out the
best possible outcome because the employees will work in team, which helps the
