INTRODUCTION
Event planning is defined as activities that consist of a series of steps that have to be
performed in order to define the budget set the timelines, reserving of sites for event and then
gaining of permission. Further, it includes other activities such as planning for food,
transportation coordination, selection of speakers, management of risks so that customers can be
provided with best experience. Present report is based on organising a event at by Metro bar that
is offering different range of services. There is a event to be held that is the peaky blinders party
on 10th Feb, 2020 for this particular event there is planning of different activities. For which there
is planning of marketing mix activities for the event (Bishop, Gibbs and Lantz, 2020). There is
formation of marketing strategy based on the details of marketing mix for this blinders party.
There is also analysis of the human requirements that details of staff members at the event. It will
include the financial details that is the detailed cost of different associated activities that will be
