INTRODUCTION
Personal reflection is about taking the time to think and evaluate the thought process and
the behaviours of an individual while considering the motivation factors and personal desires. It
helps in paying attention to own thoughts and emotions and learn from them in order to make
better form of decisions (Schmid Mast and et.al., 2018). This report deals with the proper
understanding of wide range of skills which are important to function in the work place. Self
awareness is important to look into own capabilities and work in that specific areas. This report
has provided some ways to make use of different approaches and information sources.
MAIN BODY
Audit of personal fitness
Skills and knowledge both are important not for the academics but for the future career as
well. If any individual has specific skills, then they may have different position in the workplace
as well as in the academics (Dunning and et.al 2018). I have different sk8ills which has helped
me to go beyond in my career. I am good in communication skill but I am still working on it so
that I can express my views, opinions and thoughts.
Apart from this team work skill is also very important in any organisation and professional
world because at the workplace I have to work in a team where I have to work with diverse
people and I have to share my individual ideas and opinions. I am good in team work skill I can
easily work in a team and bring new ideas to the team, because every organisation needs fresh
and innovative idea so that they can use them and produce more quality products and services.
Along with this I have many different skills such as Information and communication skill,
problem solving skill and so on. But I have to work on my time management skills because I am
very work ethic and I spend a lot of time in research for the work whichever they have allotted
me. so I strictly have to work on it.

This model is one of the most suitable for self-reflection. This model leads to six different
stages so that individual can easily know their skills and knowledge and they get the opportunity
to improve further.

This stage helps in describing the skills in different situation. For instance, I am good in
communication skill so I can easily take meetings and I can speak in public gatherings and
meetings so that I can share my views and how company can improve working I also explained
this so this skill is my strength (Kressler, 2020). Apart from this, team work skill is my another
skill which has helped to rise in the future, because I had given new ideas to my team so the
work could have completed within deadline. I have problem solving skill as well so that
whenever my team faces any problem and issue I was there to bring innovative ideas to them.
Interpersonal skills are the behaviours which are important in interacting with other
people in an effective manner. It is about the ability which is required to work well with other
people. Numeracy skills is about the way of using and interpreting the mathematical information
in order to solve the real world issues. It requires basic understanding of maths. Information and
communication skills are about having an understanding of applied range of computer programs
and its different other applications. It includes the use of word processing, use of spreadsheets,
making power points and search engines.
Feelings
This stage states about feeling and experience which I had faced during my academics
and career as well. In my academics I was not good at time management skills but I worked hard
and started giving priorities to my work and task so that I can complete the task on given
deadlines. This skill helped me a lot in my career as well. Due to priorities I was able to
complete the given task in given deadlines. This skill has helped me a lot to get good growth in
the future. Besides this, I was constantly working on my communication skill whether it is
written or verbal. Earlier I was not good at verbal communication skill but I improved a lot
because it is one of the important skills which everyone looks for (Scott and et,al 2021). I started
taking participation in public speaking, I was taking part in group discussion activity so that I can
get more chance to speak in front of different people.
Presentation also helps me a lot in improving this skill because, while giving
presentation I had to speak in front of entire audience. Besides this, in my academic’s batch
mates were always there to ask questions. This helped me a lot to increase my communication
skills and also increased my confidence. Along with this, it has helped me a lot in boosting my
confidence as well. So by doing all this I had improved this skill.
