the current state of communication and collaboration within the organisation and suggest a project

Q1: Summarise in your own
words what key issues are
causing unhappiness amongst
the staff members at LTR. Make

Since the remote work has been started due to Covid – 29, it
has made hard for the employees to work and communicate
easily. For this many team members are unhappy. Such as:
 General Administration Staff is unhappy with the
constant working through the email and they have to
cross check every minutes that the email has arrived
not. This has been a fatigue situation for the staff
members. It also created the problem of overloading
of email,
 Senior Management team: These were unhappy
because they felt that email is not a proper tool for
communication and it creates many operational issues
as well.
 Facilities Management team: They feel that is a very
poor source of communication and disable the
function and management of the request for the
residents.
 Customers Service Team: These are unhappy as they
feel that most of their time is wasted on the updating
the own documents and files while finding the
information about the issue faced by the residents.
Finance Team: The emails are not responded back as the
employees ignore many emails due to overloading

each of the resident so that the basic needs and requirements
of them can be fulfilled.

From the analysis of above project there are several recommendations that can be drawn with
respect use of discord application to effective working of the business firm. These
recommendations will be subjected towards deriving better competitive advantage and will simply
with communication process in the project firm;

• Less bugs: Through use of discord application managers of the firm can ensure quick
transit of communication throughout the workplace. This will ensure less complications in the
business firm and carry effective communication within specified departments of the corporate
firm.
• Less complex: The recommended application i.e., discord proves to be less complex when
being compared to others. The functions of chatting, voice direct, screen steaming, bots etc.
guides better course of actions through use of this application.

direct the course of action and fulfil the required criteria for stated project report.
