has made hard for the employees to work and communicate
easily. For this many team members are unhappy. Such as:
General Administration Staff is unhappy with the
constant working through the email and they have to
cross check every minutes that the email has arrived
not. This has been a fatigue situation for the staff
members. It also created the problem of overloading
of email,
Senior Management team: These were unhappy
because they felt that email is not a proper tool for
communication and it creates many operational issues
as well.
Facilities Management team: They feel that is a very
poor source of communication and disable the
function and management of the request for the
residents.
Customers Service Team: These are unhappy as they
feel that most of their time is wasted on the updating
the own documents and files while finding the
information about the issue faced by the residents.
Finance Team: The emails are not responded back as the
employees ignore many emails due to overloading
