Task 1 involves a toolbox talk procedure where a hazard is researched and presented to a workgroup, alongside a training procedure that includes conducting training, coaching, or mentoring on a workplace procedure. This task requires creating meeting minutes, conducting online research, preparing a PowerPoint presentation, and submitting a record of the toolbox talk. Additionally, it involves creating a skills matrix, developing a training plan with a budget, conducting the training, and arranging follow-up meetings. Task 2 requires undertaking a project involving the identification of hazards, proposing risk control measures, presenting outcomes, and analyzing chart data on workplace incidents and hazards. This includes completing an incident report, graphing data, conducting a WHS inspection, arranging a safety action meeting, and presenting an analysis as a chairperson, culminating in a summary outlining the WHS assessment process. The assignment uses provided templates and appendices to guide the completion of these tasks.
