supported me in enhancing my knowledge in this regard which also support me in my future

implementation of changes as when the people belong to different culture work with BT then it
become easier for them to learn about the basic attributed of particular culture so that most
appropriate actions can be taken to implement these changes as employees are already aware
about it.
3.2 Tools and techniques selected on the accuracy and authenticity to support and justify the
recommendations made
For performing a particular investigation in effective manner, it is crucial for an
investigator to adopt methods that are reliable and provide accurate information that aid in
accomplishment of research objectives (Pearlson, Saunders and Galletta, 2016). For performing
this investigation researcher has used secondary sources to perform literature review where
information is gathered through published articles. Hence, these sources provide with accurate
and authenticate information. On other side, it also uses primary information which is gathered
from 10 managers using questionnaire as they have thorough understanding of diversified
workforce which help in getting most authenticate and accurate information.
Despite of this, while performing this investigation, number of issues that BT mobile face
has been identified which are required to be rectified in order to ensure effective management of

4.1 Provide reflection for the report
I am glad I got this opportunity to perform investigation over this project i.e. “What types
of strategies and initiatives do companies [or the sector] put in place to build a diverse and
inclusive workforce?”. This support me in enhancing my knowledge in term of changes or
improvement that diversified workforce brings in term of productivity within an organization. It
helps in determining various strategies and initiatives that firms take to develop diverse and a
inclusive workforce. Despite of this it also support in developing an understanding regarding
several tools and techniques that are used to collect, evaluate and interpret the information for
concluding the finding of particular project. Additionally, I also go through some challenges that
respondents are not much interested in responding on timely manner and time provided for
project was limited. But I tried my best to perform research in effective manner that results into
accomplishment of research objective.
4.2 Examine value of project management process
Throughout this research, I become able to determine the importance of project
management process to get succeed in a project. Hence I firstly evaluate its elements such as
scope, cost, resources etc. so that I would be able to develop effective project management plan
which provide me with direction to perform particular action in effective manner. As after
determine the cost and time provided and resources available, I become able determine actions to
be taken and in what manner.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it is clear that in order to manage and maintain proper
working style of organization, there is requirement of proper management of diversified
workforce. With understanding their requirement, policies have to be framed with the help of
which managers are able to analyses improvement in operational efficiency. There are problems
faced by managers in managing work force from diversified sector such as conflict among
employees, improper planning of commercial activities, etc. In order to make this study
