It is necessary for every organisation to analyse and develop its employees’ skills and
knowledge, this can help to attain goals and objectives. Employability skill is most important for
every organisation. Large number of business organisations appoint their applicant on the basis
of their knowledge, skills and core competencies. BT is one of the organisations work to provide
services mainly related to welfare of the society. Today most of the people are so conscious
about their health, they largely prefer organic foods beneficial for their health. The main motive
is to prepare this assignment is to develop training and development programmes which helps to
r motivate workers to do given task. This report also discusses the tools and techniques that are
helpful for organisation in order to resolve conflict arises in work atmosphere.

1.1 Own responsibilities and performance objectives.
Manager play important role for organisation profitability and success. They do their
activities and operation with full of efficiencies and capacity. As a junior manager of this cited
organisation. I will monitor the performance level of workers so it can help to achieve large
profitability and success. BT is one of organisations that largely provide better services to
society’s welfare. They mainly work for providing health and social care facilities to large
number of people. Company largely produce organic products because today person are more
conscious about their health. . This organisation provides various facilities like medical, old age
homes, employment opportunities etc, that increase the living standard of persons. Today
persons are suffered from various diseases, unemployment, illiteracy so they are not able to live
a better life. As a manager I will made various strategies that helps for attain company goals and
objectives in near future. (JonesTorezani and Luca2012). The main motive of every organisation
is to make large profits.
