of the hospitality industry that has role of providing the food to the different areas such as
hotel, airports, pub etc. The present report is based on the “Simply Catering” - the company is
specialized in events like weddings, birthday parties and family gatherings. The company is
medium size organisation that covers the areas like London, Essex, and other locations of
UK. The report highlights the technique to manage the finances and record transactions
within company. Further report assesses the management of human resource life cycle. The
report also aims to discuss the possible impact of ethical and legal considerations on chosen

Finance is considered as blood of any business because it helps the business in
smoothly running the operations of the business. Finance is one of the most essential aspect
of the organisation, in case of improper management the company will face issues in
sustaining in the industry (Sorin and Sivarajah, 2021). The fund of the organisation is
managed by a dedicated team of finance. They evaluate the monetary terms of the business;
their job is to do estimation that is the budget and then work and execute operations
accordingly. In case of 'Simply Catering' their operation are managed by finance team; they
follow all the ethics and principles that are required in the job.
These certain principles that Simply catering uses while monitoring and managing the
finance are discussed below:

departments by doing proper research of the past documents and analysing the future
