INTRODUCTION
The presentation will discuss quality assurance and quality
improvement process which is used by a organisation. In order
to corporate with working of quality cycle in organisation the
own assessment is completed (Banks, S., 2018). The PPT will
cover several processes for analysing the learning program of
organisation and improvement areas will be targeted so that
organisation effectiveness can be improved in internal
operations.

5.1 Analysing of quality assurance and quality
improvement arrangements in organisation.
In order to provide better education and training to students
then several measures and standards are required to be followed by
education organisation. Several practices are implemented for
maintaining quality in organisation and standards are developed so that
education delivery system can be improved. For delivering proper
education to students and to improve standards of education, the
organisation is required to implement various practices such as quality
assurance & quality improvement (Cennamo, and Kalk, 2019).

5.2 Explain the function of self-assessment
and self-evaluation and the quality cycle
 The self assessment helps in analysing the work
performance and areas for growth by having reflection on
strength, weaknesses and values.
 The self-evaluation is the ability for examining of progress
that is made which needs monitoring of own abilities.
 In the quality cycle, teacher is required to measure their
lessons quality and efficiency. The assessment of lessons
and learning basically happens in feature assertion
framework which has same characteristics.

5.3 Evaluate a learning programme taking
account of the quality maintenance of own
organisation
In the learning process formal and informal feedbacks are crucial
elements which allow students to reflect on their learning and evaluate the
improvement areas. This learning programme provides opportunity to students in
self-assessing their skills and capabilities. There are several practices which are
used in education organisation for providing better education to students. The
current process used by organisation is to develop effective knowledge and
enhancing their education level.

5.4 Identify areas for improvement in the
learning programme taking account of the
outcomes of evaluation
In the organisation the main areas of improvement are related to technology and
curriculum which organisation uses to train and teach the students. The organisation can
use different interactive technologies for improving the system effectiveness. The
technologies such as artificial intelligence and other technologies in organisation are
implemented for maintaining education delivery system in organisation effectively. The
students will be motivated by sharing innovative approach of sharing in order to follow
as example or finding solution is someone else carrier.

CONCLUSION
From the above it can be said that teaching is crucial aspect in education
organisation as students wants to have quality education. In this several internal
documents is been evaluated in order to the area of development and
improvement for the organisation in area of operations that is performed. In
education organisation standards are maintain by implementing practices of
quality improvement and quality assurance. With help of self-evaluation and
assessment the students can evaluates its skills and abilities.
