INTRODUCTION
The presentation will discuss quality assurance and quality
improvement process which is used by a organisation. In order
to corporate with working of quality cycle in organisation the
own assessment is completed (Banks, S., 2018). The PPT will
cover several processes for analysing the learning program of
organisation and improvement areas will be targeted so that
organisation effectiveness can be improved in internal
operations.

The self assessment helps in analysing the work
performance and areas for growth by having reflection on
