INTRODUCTION
Inclusive practice refers to the teaching approach that is help for recognizes the
difference between students and uses in order to ensure all the student so that they can access for
educational content. Also, it helps to motivate student for participate in their learning on the
basis of activities and different lessons. There are some ways that are shows inclusive practices
such as celebrating and embracing uniqueness of child, and they treat all the student and their

innovation so that it helps to improve leadership skills and abilities. Present reports will based on
three tasks in which part one is related to brochure that shows personal, social and physical
culture factors of learning and then summarizing the policy and regulatory framework of
inclusive practice. In task two it will include reflective account on the basis of role and
responsibilities of inclusive practice session so that it can review the features and benefits of an
inclusive practice environment. The task three is report that will explain policy and regulatory
framework that can influence own practice session. Further, analysing the ways that can promote
equality and value diversity in session. Then , planned cake are related to opportunities for
improving own skill in inclusive practice.

3.1 Summarize your own role and responsibilities relating to this inclusive practice session
There are different roles which I have followed in order to conduct the session of
inclusive practice first of all being teacher it is important to identify the children with disabilities
in the classroom so that it will help us to put more attention on them so that they do not felt bad
while having session. Also, to develop the positive attitude will help the students to connect
more with the teacher and that time they have provided more opportunity for participating in
training (Bourke, Mitchell and Farmer, 2021). I will remove all the architectural barrier that can
help the student ins orders tos share their view and also connect with sessions easily. Moreover, I
will make the time table for student with including all the lesson, and so they can prepare
accordingly in order to enhance their knowledge ons particular topic.
Then only teacher is responsible for arrangements sittings for student so that it can not make any
partiality for disable and normal people. Another role is related to avoid the cultural barrier in the

class because its may affect student in orders to differentiate them with the helps of gender, age,
class etc. Also, it is important to motivate the student so that they can enjoy the training session.
At the ends of the sessions it is necessary to provide to take feedback from student in order to
identify their owns inclusive practices. In this they will share their opinion ins order to improve
the sessions and next time this skill will work (Brennan and King, 2021).
3.2 Explain the relationship between your own role and the roles of other professional involved
in this inclusive practice
There are different roles played by teacher and others professional because beings teacher
it can be important to teach without stereotyping and discriminating so that it help to maintain
confidentiality of the learner information. Also, they always behave professionals in orders
providing integrity so that it help to maintain boundaries with student and other people. At the
same time different profession are played different role such as beings marketings professional
they also focus on maintains goods relations with people so that it helps to complete the task. But

who are become stereotype and behave accordingly also they think other employees as
competitions buts teacher always motivate to build good relations with everyone. Further,
teacher always treat equally all the student and so that it helps to provide value diversity. On the
other hand, there are in the other professional such in organizations people are behaving ins the
discrimination in order to fall everyone but teacher always support to their student. Also, they
motivate in order to get good result of student. If the performance not good at that time it helps to
monitor the performance and improve it accordingly.

For the individual learning need of the learners the point of referral are related to the
process which is help for taken the step in order to get extra assistance for student to whom they
are directly working. Most of the referral are related to disciplinary issues, counsellings services
and specials education evaluation. There are different facility provided in order to maintain the
discipline ins the school or college because its help to develops positive environment by
providing support to student and it will also help to build good images of school and creating

positive environment. Further, counselling service is related to providing all the informations in
order to provide proper guidance so that it can appreciate by other also it helps to provide
awareness in the future so that individuals make their goals and choice. Also, they can mentally
prepare for that in orders to enhance the decisions making skills. Then as proper counselling will
help the students by talk openly on the basis of their issues. Also, it helps to provide potential ins
the student and work on their stress level (Jørgensen and Allan, 2020.). Sometimes it helps to
found the opportunity for the student by considerings all the factors on the basis of behavioural,
psychological and interpersonal stations that are caused. The evaluations are helps to assess the
child in all the areas which can be related to suspected disabilities. For evaluation there are some
result that can be used for deciding eligibility of children for special educations that they can
make decisions accordingly regarding educational program. Also, I have analysed that in the
inclusive practice it is based on goal and outcome which are need to measure.

Some key features I have analysed that tailor teaching is necessary for all the learners in

will attract more students for share their views on learnings new things. Then the instructions

environment and student will use all the practice outside the school in order to develop more

gathered it will help to promote the equality and helps to provide self evaluation that helps to

The strength related to inclusive practice are refers to build the good relation with
students and there are some are which are help to consider the strength such as promote equality
and value diversity and it helps to build the relation with employees by considering all the factors
so that student can understand the importance of sessions. There are some skill for which I need
to open in order developing idea of acknowledgement of all the practice that are related to
learning opportunity. Then creating the more opportunities that are helps the share the experience

Also, I need to work on responsiveness that are necessary for the student in order to develop
more skill so that it help to build the good relations with student. Then ability to be proactive and
amenable to change are refers to technique that I need to work on the basis of proactive persons
that helps to build the good relations with the student in order to understand the situations of
future and then its help to react and this can increase the class participation and enthusiasm also
to have supportive environment are helps to motivate the student ins orders performing better.
For tackling the discriminations its is necessary to promote the essential value that are related to
religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation etc. Further, threats of mine is related to challenges that are
faced by student at the time of evaluation it is necessary to evaluate the situations by
considerings all the factors.
5.3 Plan opportunities to improve own skills in inclusive practice
There are different ways that are helps to improve own practice by considering all the
practice, for planning it is necessary to use the practice of making the curriculum that are help to
build the accessible and challenging the opportunity by lesson. This is the important stage that
can helps to build good relations with student that are related to developing the skills of access
support on the basis of therapy, paraprofessionals and teachers so that they can share their
thought to them. And provide the resources which are helps to build and understand the
situations of student. The next step is related to use universal designs for learning the framework,
this practice will helps the student in order to develop and enhance the knowledge for learning

and demonstrating the knowledge. Then it is necessary to involve family that are relates to let
involve parent ins the practices so that it helps bys asking the student their need and wants and
how it can be fulfilled by parents also all the strategies that can be recall by parents so that
student will remember the fact and also it will help to build good relations with student and
parents that solve many issues which are regarding their life and perception. Then parents are
help tos provide opportunity of giving equal supports that can be used by students. It motivates

developing good relations with class and it also to build positive relation that can help to share
their reviews and also can take helps from them.
