INTRODUCTION
Inclusive practice refers to the teaching approach that is help for recognizes the
difference between students and uses in order to ensure all the student so that they can access for
educational content. Also, it helps to motivate student for participate in their learning on the
basis of activities and different lessons. There are some ways that are shows inclusive practices
such as celebrating and embracing uniqueness of child, and they treat all the student and their
family with equal respect (Bond, 2019). Also, this will help for enhancing the engagement and
innovation so that it helps to improve leadership skills and abilities. Present reports will based on
three tasks in which part one is related to brochure that shows personal, social and physical
culture factors of learning and then summarizing the policy and regulatory framework of
inclusive practice. In task two it will include reflective account on the basis of role and
responsibilities of inclusive practice session so that it can review the features and benefits of an
inclusive practice environment. The task three is report that will explain policy and regulatory
framework that can influence own practice session. Further, analysing the ways that can promote
equality and value diversity in session. Then , planned cake are related to opportunities for
improving own skill in inclusive practice.

3.1 Summarize your own role and responsibilities relating to this inclusive practice session
There are different roles which I have followed in order to conduct the session of
inclusive practice first of all being teacher it is important to identify the children with disabilities
in the classroom so that it will help us to put more attention on them so that they do not felt bad
while having session. Also, to develop the positive attitude will help the students to connect
more with the teacher and that time they have provided more opportunity for participating in
training (Bourke, Mitchell and Farmer, 2021). I will remove all the architectural barrier that can
help the student ins orders tos share their view and also connect with sessions easily. Moreover, I
will make the time table for student with including all the lesson, and so they can prepare
accordingly in order to enhance their knowledge ons particular topic.
Then only teacher is responsible for arrangements sittings for student so that it can not make any
partiality for disable and normal people. Another role is related to avoid the cultural barrier in the

class because its may affect student in orders to differentiate them with the helps of gender, age,
class etc. Also, it is important to motivate the student so that they can enjoy the training session.

3.2 Explain the relationship between your own role and the roles of other professional involved
in this inclusive practice
There are different roles played by teacher and others professional because beings teacher
it can be important to teach without stereotyping and discriminating so that it help to maintain
confidentiality of the learner information. Also, they always behave professionals in orders

teacher always treat equally all the student and so that it helps to provide value diversity. On the
other hand, there are in the other professional such in organizations people are behaving ins the
discrimination in order to fall everyone but teacher always support to their student. Also, they
motivate in order to get good result of student. If the performance not good at that time it helps to
monitor the performance and improve it accordingly.

For the individual learning need of the learners the point of referral are related to the
