teaching and they have different characteristics. I have designed a pedagogic resource which I
will use while teaching in health and social care subject. My students are helped by using the
new pedagogy design as this enables me to know my students in effective manner and enhance
the way in which they learn things. There is a stretch and challenge grid that helps students in
enhancing higher order thinking abilities and skills within examinations like Daly Baird
Chamberlain & Meadows and classrooms. This paper has the ability to provide knowledge
about various literature sources of different authors. The stretch and challenge model is known as
a model which needs teachers and students to analyse that learning should be difficult. This
challenge means knowing students in well manner by combining soft as well as hard data that
enables in making good decisions for learning of students. It is not easy for me to implement this
model as it requires to be implemented in a correct manner. When this model is applied in a
proper manner, it can help in yielding positive results. This model enables to set a limit on
abilities of students and this causes to underperform.
