An entrepreneur is a person who perform different task from managers and employee's as
they are responsible to manage overall business's. Therefore some characteristic, traits and skills
of manager are as follow:
Characteristic Self-motivation- This works as a most important characteristic in an entrepreneur that
helps them to gain high success in organisation. Self motivation helps entrepreneur to
dedicate them towards their work through formulating effective plans and policies in
order to complete their work. While manager are not or less self motivated to develop
plans for organisation (Morris, Neumeyer and Kuratko, 2015).
