1 – Project planning
Scope: The scope of conducting this study is to examine the strategies used by company to
retain or attract talent at workplace. This study is based on Burberry. Talent management is
an effective tool that is used to manage employees or reduce turnover of company to maintain
productivity as well (Tunji,2021). This scope of this project is fulfilled by using certain
activities like secondary and primary research so that data and information is collected in
efficient manner. Further gantt chart is adopted to complete the study on set time frame.
Milestones: The milestone of framing this research is based on various phases such as
introduction, project aims and objectives, findings and recommendations. It also involves
primary and secondary data collection that is conducted by using questionnaire and literature
review.
Initiation, planning and execution: It demonstrates the phases that start with initiation stage
where project aims and objectives are developed (Gardas and et. al., 2019). Further planning
stage includes resources such as representatives, time, books, articles, journals etc. in
execution stage researcher conduct research methodology, literature review and data analysis
to collect data in appropriate manner. In addition to this recommendations and conclusions
are drawn to analyse the whole outcome of data.

and Amponsah-Tawiah, 2019). To effectively fulfill this aim this report present a business
case that involves project planning, conduct primary and secondary research, present
findings, reflection that are used to draw conclusion at the end.

report researcher need financial resource, human resource, technical resources so that
outcomes are presented in authentic manner.
Communication process is important to share proper information to right respondents. In
this researcher emphasis on right channel to deliver information to correct people
