Roles and responsibilities of a teacher
A teacher need to perform the various roles a responsibilities in
order to guide students and make their career. The various roles
of a teacher is discussed below:
• It is very important for the teacher to plan and design the day-
to-day task which need to be conducted in classroom which
need to be delivered to the students (Kaye and Rumble, 2018).
• Another role of the teacher is to guide and instruct students on
the right path for the development and being professional in
their future career.

Responsibilities of a teacher
It is very essential for the teacher that they perform the various task
with a responsible professional. As teaching is considered as a
profession which requires a lot of rules and regulation. The
various responsibilities are discussed below:
• The professionalism is the most major responsibility which need
to be maintained by the teacher.

Standard of teaching
• Learning environments. The teacher understands how to develop
and provide supportive learning environments for his or her
students..
• Content knowledge. The teacher understands the central concepts
of the subject or subjects that he or she is required to teach, with an
in-depth understanding of how to make the content accessible and
approachable to all students.

Curriculum Development
• The process of designing and constructing

known as curriculum development. It is a
step-by-step procedure for making
constructive changes to a school's, college's,
or university's course offerings.

authorised personnel and is not left unattended.
