INTRODUCTION
Developing and learning new knowledge and skills is an essential part of individual
which helps an individual to account for continuous learning phase which helps the same to
foster the growth in the career. It accounts with the individual to bring efficiency at the
workplace by providing valuable contributions which are being acquired by the means of
learning new skills and talents. Present report will provide brief understanding to various
challenges with individual and accounts with various skills and action plan for the development
of same.

Apprentice challenge-
This challenge helps in enhancing the skills which is being related to enhancing of skills
of communication and helps in inspiring of teams to come up with various idea that are highly
creative and innovative to company. This is being very popular challenge prevailing nowadays
which helps in boosting up the confidence of individual. I have accompanied to this challenge at
London school of science and technology which serves as the primary source of learning new
things which helps in getting competitive edge to me. By accounting to this challenge it helps in
getting enhanced range of skills and favourable outcome which helps in building relationship
with various parties in various scenarios (Neal Kimball, Turner, 2018). This challenge of
communication and inspiring team helps in developing resilience to individual to changing
priorities, demand and time scale which helps in covering business functions such as leadership,
effective working in a team that help individual to foster career growth.
Presentation challenges
There are various challenges which are being associated with the presentation when
individual which includes challenge of planning, consistency, practices, performance and
preparation. I has accompanied to this challenge at Tesco when I was being asked to give
presentation for job interview where I was being possessed with the challenge to speak in front

audience who are not finding it great to listen and walks away because they have other
commitments to make and have insufficient time which leads to shift of focus to one who is
being presenting and can spoil the same. The biggest challenge can also account with individuals
interrupting with various question which as a result leads to break in flow of presenting and can
also accounts with challenges of computer not working which has a direct impact on presenting
what needs to be presented (Lambert,2019).
T shirt challenge-
This challenges accounts with printing T shirt for the business which helps in positioning
of selected business and let to the the target audience what is the company all about in terms of
products and services provided by the company which helps individual with knowing various
business angels such as promotion, branding and promotion of products and services. The
biggest challenge accounts with design that is being highly attractive and eye catchy to target
customers which helps in generating curiosity on the end of customers of what is being offered
by the company and account to witness the same (Xu, 2019). The challenge also accounts with
the colour of T shirt which needs to be in matching with that of design and do not overcast the
same and which helps in delivering what is being desired to deliver. It accounts with the
challenge of be simple and not complex which helps in delivering the message of the company.
It regards with right placement of design with good use typology and font which helps in
attracting right audience to the business.

individual assessment on how useful it was and how it was not.

presentation skills such as design of slides, colours, fonts, images, structure of presentation,
body language which needs to be conveyed which will outline to the target audience of what
