INTRODUCTION
Learning and success are two most important things which are needed to be focused by
individual (Edwards,2017). It is essential to prepare for success so that so that goals are achieved in
proper manner. Moreover, this essay gives a brief information about reflection and Driscoll's
model. Main aim of this essay is to make understand importance of experience for success.
MAIN BODY
What?
According to Driscoll's model , it is important to be aware about components of model so
that experience is revised in proper manner. In this what stage, it includes what exactly happened,
what exactly was done, was someone involved, was it good or bad experience. There are various
types of topics which has been learnt by me during this sessions which are reading & digital skills
in week 1 and 2. In week 1, I learnt about reading skills which & how to use them in proper
manner. In communication, reading skills are considered as most important tool which are to be
used with proper considerations. Through focusing on these reading skills helps me to improve my
way of communication. Also, in week1 while learning reading skill, they assist me in development
of inner capabilities & achieving of goals (Gruzdev, 2018). Then, further in week 2 I learnt about
digital skills. These were skill on the basis of which I was able to manage information & data in
appropriate manner. Moreover, by focusing on these digital skill it was easy for me to use wide
range of applications, software in correct way. In week 3, I learnt about time management skills
in which I analysed that it is essential to manage time so that work does not get affected. Through
learning this skill I was able to manage work according to time. Main purpose of this module is to
increase skills & knowledge of students during session. During study session students were active
& asking many questions of with a two way communication. The most memorable things which I
saw during session time was that every student was taking active part & there was equal
contribution. I used several types of resources such as notebooks, laptop etc. My reaction during
session was enthusiastic as because it developed my knowledge.
There are other new skills as well as knowledge which has been learnt by me during
sessions such as multi-tasking skills which has been developed and helped me to understand how
to perform more than two task at a time. Further, it is also examined that it all skills & knowledge
assist in development of confidence level.

So what ?
This is second stage I which it includes & focuses on how did you feel at specific moment,
what was reaction, why this reaction was made, did you feel same about situation as you do now
etc. This stage is helpful in analysing the experience or situations appropriately. In week 1, I
learnt about the reading skills through which they assist me in developing my way of
communication during session. Then, further in week 2 digital skills were learnt by me which help
me to use advances tools as well as technologies during course. In week 3, I developed my time
management skills in which I used to manage my work work with time period. IN all these weeks I
examined challenge such as managing team work in which it is often seen that students has different
opinions & ideas which they with each other & due to differences in ideas it is difficult to manage
team work in future. Positive aspects which I discovered was that I improved my confidence level
& negative aspects was that duration of session was short & weak (Janssens, 2017). Yes, I did
improve Bucks Graduates Attributes as I was focused towards self development & I was dominating
in nature which reflects my leadership attributes which I improved at wider scale.
Now What?
It is further stage of reflection of Driscoll's model in which it comprises of several questions
such as what has been learnt from reflecting situations, negative outcomes, different similar
situations to occur in future, what can be done better to me to better prepare for situation. It is also
important stage which is to be focused as it reflects the detailed analysis of situations which has
been faced (Jivet, 2018). There were many expectation of this university that I discovered during
model such as to make students confident about their goals & objectives, develop personality in this
competitive world etc. Challenges which I faced to be an effective student were to get trust of other
& improve my overall knowledge in field. Challenges which are likely to be occur in future
within a university education in future which are time management & team work. This is because
in university it is difficult to manage time because of work load from teachers & other co-curricular
activities. To meet up with future challenges I will focus on understanding the situation & then I
will use my skills efficiently. The main learning which I can take after reflecting on my practice is
that I developed my overall knowledge in the field which is helping me currently to reach to my
career goals.
