INTRODUCTION
There are various elements and factors that is includes in preparing of success as well as
meeting with the expectation of university (Kot, Castleden, and Gagnon, 2017). Student have to
deal with this issues and challenges that will affect the effective performance of learner. It is
crucial to use effective approaches which will assist in meeting with desired goals. This report is
based in student ABC who live in Romania. This person is graduated form Tehnic college Matei
Corvin. In this report different elements or attributes that is developed by learning is identified.
Apart from this different approaches and its impact on meeting with challenges analysed and
evaluted.

How and why you have developed as a learner during this module
While studying in Tehnic college Matei Corvin I am able to develop and increase different
skills as capability that is beneficial for future growth and development. my name is ABC XXX
and I am born in Hunedoara and current I am leaving in Romania. Studying in university as well
as completing university course is very beneficial for me as this support in enhancing my
personality as well as increasing different skill and capability which is beneficial for personal
growth and development. I have analysed that my communication skills are enhance while taking
this module. This is one of the most important and useful skill as this assist in communicating
and conducting a meaningful conversation with other. I have focus on communication skill sas
well as time management skills as both of these skills are crucial for enhancing performance in
future career. There are various issues and challenges identified in order to successfully enhance
skills as attain desired goals of learning (Jones and et.al., 2020). In order to increase
communication skill I have used different books and notes that is provided by University. This
techniques was supportive in identifying the weakness as well as develop those areas which is
affecting my performance. There are different tools and techniques such as application, videos
and many more are supportive in increasing my capability to communicate effective. Developing
of communication skill require lots of practice and information. I have used variety of tools for
improving my communication skill as effective communication is crucial for attaining good
grade in university as well as performing well in organisation. Lack of time management skill
lead to have major impact on my capability as well as accomplishment of set goals with in time.

For developing and increasing time management skills I have learn to categories different task as
well as determine urgent and important task. Through this techniques I am able to complete all
required task with in set timeframe as well as accomplish desired goals and objectives. time
management skills will assist me in complete all activities related to academic study on time as
well as increase my productivity in organisation.
Further reflections on how to approach future challenges and expectations of a university course.
It is very important for me to attain the expectation of University from me as this will
lead to accomplishing my personal and professional goals. There are various challenges that
occur while performing university task in order to meet with the expectation of University (Balan
Clark and Restall, 2015). Expectation of university course is to obtain a first class degree from
Bucks New University. In order to attain first class degree I have to increase my learning
capability as well as other skills that is significant in attaining desired goals. By increasing my
learning I will be able to attain desired goals as well as full fill the expectations. There were two
major challenges that was affecting my performance and capability to attain the expectations.
One of the challenges that occur is related to lack of time. I am finding it very difficult to get
appropriate time for attend the classes. Due to work and family commitments I am able to invest
more time in taking university classes. The other challenges is related to incapability to manage
academic skills as well as time management capability. Lack of skill and capaabilty will lead to
have direct impact on performance in University as well as difficult in meeting with
expectations.
I have used different tools and approaches in order to overcome these issues and challenges.
With the help of these approaches I am able to increase my capability and potential to attain
desired goals and objectives. For resolving the challenges of lack of time to attain classes due to
work and family commitments. I have use approach to complete all University relate course
work with the colleges. This approach assist in saving time and completion all work. For
resolving this issues I have prioritise the study related activities as well as avoid party when my
course work is incomplete. Due to prioritising all task I am able to conduct all activities and
work related to university with in required time (Siemens, Gašević, and Dawson, 2015). The
other issues was related to improvement in academic and time management. In order to resolve
this issues or challenges I have downloaded black board application. This is very useful in

studying while in public transport and this is effective method in for reading lecture materials
anywhere or any time. I have learned to categories all course work of University according to the
submission dates. This approaches is useful in completely all important and urgent task of
University with in set time frame and timely submission of course work.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that there are various skills and capability of a
person that is supportive in effective completion of university task as well as attaining desired
goals. It is crucial to use effective approaches in order to resolve the issues or challenges that is
faced for full filling the expectations.
