Noise pollution regulation. This regulation refrains all site workers from
engaging in construction works that exposes the neighboring society to
unhealthy noise. All workers shall work within the work site timeline
guidelines to minimize unnecessary noise. Violations to this obligation is
punishable by fine and dismissal penalty.

 Biodiversity protection. It requires workers to strictly protect plants and animals
habitat as they deliver their duties. Biodiversity ecosystem shall thus not be interfered
with in the process of duty hence the call for proper handling of waste materials at the
site. Each team shall be allocated a team leader who shall be mandated the roles of
ensuring this regulations is achieved.

 Sewage handling and disposal regulations. The law prohibits workers from emitting
poisonous substances to the environment. Before release of waste materials it is thus
important to eradicate poisonous content from the waste. Concerned teams of
workers shall be allocated professionals who shall examine poisonous substance levels
and issue criteria relating to its handling.

 All site workers are required to be familiar, aware and understand
information communicated from signboards and picture diagrams
relevant to the construction project. Education programs shall be
conducted to all workers and stakeholders informing them of
intended response from the sign communication. Additionally, all
project workers shall be subjected to a two weeks training and
education to learn simple emergency and first aid skills during
emergency cases. In regards to construction site work regulations, all
site workers must undergo construction work induction training

 Contractors and subcontractors are required to protect and obey the
legal construction contract clauses such as payment, obtainment of
all required licenses and procedures for solving disputes. In addition,
the company shall provide health insurance cover to all the
employees. Besides, employees are obliged to paying pay as you go
payments for covering end year tax liabilities. All workers are
encouraged to exploit the correct channel of communication and
raising complains and complements.

 Nevertheless, prior to commence of work, all employees shall be
subjected to induction training for general work site regulations and
expectations awareness (Adane et al, 2013). After conclusion of the
training, workers shall be expected to implement and employ the
training content during service delivery failure to which he or she can
be prone to punishment in regards to the prevailing situation since
training forms a formal form of agreement.

 All company employees shall receive information and education
about the construction company policies which governs its activities
and mode of works and stakeholders conduct. Examples of these
policies include: drugs and alcohol policy, general health and safety
policy, work attendance policy, overtime policy and payment policies

 Construction site stakeholders are required to adhere to workplace health and safety
regulations which are aimed at protecting all stakeholders from health hazards and
accidents. In addition, commitments towards application of anti-discrimination and
harassment regulation acts such as sex descrimi8nation act, fair work act, racial
discrimination act, age discrimination act and disability discrimination acts must be
adopted to protect all workers hierarchy from sexual abuse, age and physical
condition abuse

 Correct channels of handling disputes and misunderstanding are
encouraged (Lingard, 2010). This is aimed at solving working relation
between workers and worker, and employees and workers as good
working environment and relations improves the output quality of the
construction works. Complaints from clients shall also be managed
with high care and priority as it is the main objective of the company
existence. These complaints shall be communicated through the
outlined relevant working hierarchy levels
