and the employees. There are various benefits of workplace communication which reflect that it
is very important for an organization to reflect good communication or effective communication
(Andersson, 2016). Some of these benefits include mitigating conflict which reflects that conflict
can be resolved through effective communication as this may be the result of misunderstanding,
and can be resolved through understanding the perception of another person. Increase in
employee engagement is another effect of effective communication is communication between
managers unemployed, employs would be more engaged to watch therefore and going to be
comfortable sharing new ideas did their superiors. Creation of client relationship is another result
of effective communication and organization ask the employees and managers will be able to the
customer needs, provide after sales services to the customers by resolving the conflict of the

over the communication flow in the organization, as promoting innovation within the
organization would only be possible with the new idea generation, experimentation, change, and
flexibility within the enterprise, which will reflect that the communication will play major role.
For example in order to sustain in the innovative organizational culture it is identified that the
flat hierarchy has been identified as this may improve the flow of communication, which would
eventually lead to increase in new idea generation (Ghaderi, 2016).

can only be reduced through effective communication by making the employees understand the
relevance of change and effectiveness for the organization. Other than this the communicating
through the training is also important in this case, as the change will lead to new job profiles,

Impact of outcome oriented cultures would include the emphasize on a result, achievement, and
action that may be creating value in the enterprise. This may reflect the assistance of the
employees to understand the goals and direction to complete the task in the organization. One of
the popular examples relevant to this organizational culture is best buy, which is the electronic
company that is only working towards the result of the organizational performance that may
reflect or measured through the sales figure, profit of the company, customer satisfaction and
cost of the company (Gordon, 2012). However the communication is still most important

which are responsible for better work for particular job, which reflect the need and impact on the
communication in the team (Anitha, 2019). The reason being in the cross cultural team, the

issue the best way is cross cultural training, which reflects the use of effective communication as
providing training to the employees is not possible if it is not communicated or understood by the
employee appropriately. For example, one of the company that has been identified that have
implemented this type of organizational culture is southwest airlines, which has also been
providing cross cultural training to the employee so that they are able to help each other In the
team in case of any negative contingency (Libert & Gibon, 2015).
Moreover, the team players may not always from the organization, they may be new to the
company however have effective competency to perform that particular task, this reflects the role
