The paper aims at appraising the results gathered from the interview conducted on the

of the project management is on construction and building activities.
Interview question one
First question was on the relevant challenges which one faces on the building
professional management. The problems largely related to the initiation and implementation of
the construction project. The manager giving the response encompass on the working with the
deadline. The manager believed that some projects require three architects, 47 construction

working with such number to meet the deadline is a major challenge in various firms. The

monitoring of the construction works is not only important but also essential. It is believed that
most of the project managers apply the baseline tools to access the progress of the project
(Olawumi and Chan 2019). The comparison largely grounded on the weighing of the baseline
tasks against the actual values. Also, the project manager emphasized on the application

approach. The response given by the project manager was quit insightful. The individual
emphasized on the usage of the event celebrations to make the successful milestones. The leader
also deduces on the utilization of the birthday celebrations to celebrate the outstanding project

The final question raised in the interview was on the first steps of the construction project
planning. The question largely focused on the attainment of success as per the construction
project. The response given by the project coordinator was quite insightful. The individual
deduced that it is important to gather the working permits. Thereafter, it is important to meet
with project stakeholders and discuss how the project is going to be conducted. The meeting with
the stakeholders will also help to appraise the budget and come up with the schedule
requirements.
