IV. Project Requirements
The environment analysis should be done for focusing on the aesthetic feelings of the
local people with that area, effects on the agricultural farms, occurrence of air
pollution and noise pollution and others.
The prerequisite should be developed to resolve social and legal issues associated
with the project
Survey of the land location
Development of the technical plans
Agreement with the local administrator to avoid distraction
Availability of labour and material
V. Planning Activities
The three overlays should be taken under consideration for the development of the project.
The first overlay is around the river of Yarra locality (Panfilova, 2014). The second overlay is
for the development of the main road. And the third overlay should ensure that the radius of
the city should not be come under construction (Timber Developmemt association, 2011).
VI. Project Constraints
The height of the building should be less than 9 metre
There is a limited budget of $775,875
VII. Budget
Total Land area of the plot = 146.25
Total floor area = 146.25 * 3
= 438.75
Total budget = $ 1700 * 438.75
= $ 745,875
Miscellaneous Expenditure = $ 30000
Total budget required = $ 775,875
VIII. Project Key features and Benefits
The deployment of the project ensures that the project will be completed within the scheduled
end date of the project. The management of supply and demand of resources helps in
achieving smooth functioning of the construction activities (Westland Skye Development
Ltd, 2011). The division of roles and responsibilities among the team members resolve the
problem of conflict and chaos. The work of one labour will not be affected by the other due
to the synchronization in the project activity schedule (Kaushal, Bhatnagar, Anand, and Ram,
2015). The allocation of the resources helps in completing the project within the time line
chart.
