Introduction
The structure that is followed in completion of the essay includes five segregations. The
very 1st step is focused on introducing of the issues that are to be discussed. In this stage the
personal experience that have been introduces have been discussed as well. Proper statistics are
provided as well. Proper presentation of the issues are also performed in the essay. This essay
also focusses on the addressing the opposition that can be faced. Providing proper proof to the
project is also provided in the project. Hence wise a proper conclusion regarding the project is
also drawn.
Personal experience
My personal experience with bullying was not easy. I had people picking on me for my
size, sexuality, and also the way I dressed all because I didn’t fit into the crowd. When I first
started out, there were already rumors about me and my sexuality. Being gay was not an easy
thing to say to people because people would look at you a different way. My aunt being in
hierarchy of the school district, I didn’t want to disappoint her, so I decided to keep it a secret to
myself, but as I got older and up in grade school, people would notice that I didn’t act the way a
girl would act, or I would be looking at a girl. My first encounter with bullying started when I
came into the classroom, and I was going to sit down, and the boy next to me, pulled my seat
from under me, and I instantly fell to the ground. I was so embarrassed, I didn’t even want to
stay in the class, but it got worse. As I was picking my stuff up from the floor after the huge
embarrassment, the boy then stated some vulgar things, and I ran out of the classroom. The
bullying did not stop, but instead it got worse, the physical torture, pushing and shoving, hitting
my head against the locker, the emotional aspect, going home crying, contemplating suicide, and
the mental aspect as well, lowering my standards of my homework, failing all my classes, and

geting in trouble were the only things that left me as a lost child. At the time, I told my teachers,
about the bullying, but it went nowhere at all, as if the teachers didn’t care about the traumatic
events that I went through. It wasn’t until my aunt, who today is my hero, I told her what was
going on, and she came to my rescue. I felt that I was losing control of myself, my middle school
years were spiraling downwards, and I couldn’t catch a grip fast enough, but my aunt helped me
heal. She went to meetings with the principals to help figure out a plan that will help with not
only bullying, but with cyberbullying as well. She helped form bullying seminars for the schools
within the district, taught the school faculty on the warning signs, method of treatment, and also
how to help students express themselves without feeling out of place. If it wasn’t for my aunt and
the new faculty that were employed at this school, I wouldn’t have been here telling my story. At
least every school should address bullying, or cyberbullying, the other form of it because it will
be personal awareness to not only the students, but also parents and teachers.
Statistic
The statistic that can be considered in this section is that adolescence have been one of
the age where this bullying and cyber bullying increases. It have been observed that the age
group in which bullying is faced majorly ranges in between 11 to 15. This data have been
collected after performing surveys from 42 countries. It have also been observed that boys have
been suffering in this bullying issues more than that of girls. It have also been observed that
nearly 32% of the total boys face bullying at least once in between the above stated age bar.
However the percentage of girls getting bullied is 28%.
However, in the countries that have a high percentage of bullying record, it have been
seen that girls have been facing pervasive bullies. More than 65% of the girls have reported this
issue of pervasive bullying.

As per HBSC data, in the countries of Europe and North America, there are bullying
regarding status of their parents. Wealth and status have been playing a major role in bullying.
From the observation, the main aspects that can be considered is that one third of the total youth
face bullying during their schooling years. Immigrants are also considered as a reason of
bullying and cyber bullying. Low social economic have also been a reason of bullying.
Other proofs that can be provided includes the likes of Boser (2018), who stated that
proper development of the social emotional skills will be resulting in reducing the rate of
bullying. O’Brein (2011), also stated that there are almost 32% of the total students that get
bullied, both physically and mentally. These activities leads to occurrence of fights and hence
wise this will lead to degradation of the academic standard of the students.
Refined Argumentative Thesis: Mental mindfulness regarding bullying has decreased in schools
due to no approach towards bullying, or cyberbullying. Therefore, addressing bullying should be
mandated.
Present your Issues
The major issues that are present in the process are namely teachers not being active
enough to address these issues. It have been seen that there are no proper laws and policies
present which will be eliminating the issues of bullying. Hence the teachers were ineffective in
performing their duty towards preventing bullying when they were informed. Establishing a
proper communication have been another issue that was faced during this process. The issues
that were faced by me in the class was generally hidden from aunt. This was one of the major
reason that I was not getting out of the issue. Making the school faculties aware of the issues that
was faced was also a major challenge. Teachers can provide creative writing assignments which

will be based on the topics that include expressing ones feelings. This will also ensure that the
proper expression of the issues that are faced will be done. Keeping the class members busy with
different fun activities will also reduce the amount of bullying that occurs. Establishing proper
communication in between the students also act as an important aspect that will be reducing the
bullying. With proper communication establishment friendship in between the class members
will be present. Performing open discussion sessions will also be acting helpful in reducing the
bullying and cyber bullying aspect. It is considered that mindful discussions among the students
will ensure that a healthy relation among the students are maintained. It is considered that proper
communication is one of the major factor that will be benefitting the entire class environment.
With proper communication establishment, a positive environment can be established. Another
aspect that is considered is that with the help of proper communication, performing in a better
manner in a school can be established. Teachers must be ensure that proper relation in between
the students are properly maintained.
Addressing Opposition
It can be stated that the amount of reports that are enlisted regarding bullying and cyber
bullying are considerably lower than the bullying that is faced by the mass. People generally
hesitate to essay these bullying incidents and this have been acting as a challenge. It is a
challenge that the data that are collected often depict a very low section of the bullying that
occurs. Another opposition that is faced in conveying the issues that might be faced is that
inability to understand the consequence that might occur both mentally or physically in case the
victim faces sever bullying and cyber bullying. Another opposition factor that is to be considered
is that proper understanding of the mental state of the victim. The severe mental challenge that is

faced by the victim is often a factor that teachers fail to analyze. This affects the functional
process as well.
Conclusion
From the above discussion, it can be stated that proper assessment of the bullying and
cyber bullying is needed to be performed in a proper manner. With the help of proper assessment
of the cyber bullying data collection proper analysis can be made. It can be stated that there are
certain aspects that are to be considered for proper mitigation of the cyber bullying process. It
can be stated that performing proper communication will be leading to reduction of the bullying
that might be occurring. This essay also provides proper understanding of the situation that have
been faced due to indifferent nature of a human. This essay also helps in gaining access to
authorized data regarding bullying and cyber bullying. The audience for whom this essay will be
beneficial are the middle and high school students. This essay will also be useful for the teachers
as this essay will help in understanding the techniques that are to be performed for reducing the
bulling process.
