INTRODUCTION
Bullying refers to the threat or abuse, aggressively dominate. There are many chronic
concerns related to bullying which are to be considered for the development of the victim
(Mikkelsen and et.al., 2020).
The present article draws common cause of bullying in school as parental awareness. To
resolve this issues schools must make students to aware about the effects of bullying by
undertaking prevention program with help of suitable approaches as BP- PBS that is behavioural
approach and other is Health promoting schools.
Background
The Background is that bullying in school are the most common cases as they are
unaware of the fact what bulling refers to which puts a drastic consequence on students. The
present essay is based on topic as Bullying and this is defined as unwanted aggressive behaviours
among school children
Thus, in school are expert in assuming the pediatric health within school and this impact
on health of students. Students may be bullied either physically or verbally.
Scope
The scope is that present essay aims to investigate the cause of bullying in school.
Furthermore, this study will also enable the victims to know that how to avoid being bullied. In
order to deal with bullying this is crucial to bring school personnel and families to execute the
strategies that can assist in school environment and community. (Smith and Thompson, 2017)

The Purpose is to specify the cause of bullying in school and also to find out approaches of
bullying prevention in school.

consists of framework which is curriculum teaching and learning, school ethics and community.
The students are encouraged to care about each other. Also, it is ensured that in curriculum
health promotion is included at both social and physical environment of school. The approach is
aligned with curriculum. For example- positive communication can be included in health
promoting schools. This will allow student not to verbally abuse others.
Moreover, another approach that can be used to prevent bullying in school is BP-PBS and is
related to behavior. It is a component of PBIS that is framework for teaching. BP-PBS enable
school counselors to play as role of leader in schools. It allows students to respect each other.
There is a three step response included in it. First is when any student is disrespected by peers,
student is taught to stop it. But if bullying continues, students are educated to walk away and at
last if it still continues than student are trained to talk to adult. Likewise, in case when student
bully other. This response is directly related to student behavior. It will be useful for teachers to
educate students and prevent bullying in schools. (Yates and Smith, 2017). The school personnel
is trained to provide deal with specific response of children. The approach defines school rules,
shows difference between various factors, etc. For example- students can be trained to talk with
respect to others.
CONCLUSION
From the above essay it has been concluded that bullying has a diverse effect on the
mindset of the students.
