It is important to promote positive behavior so that behavioral policies can be reviewed
easily. It has been seen that each and every person has a behavioral issue and it is important for
the individual to focus on maintain and creating positive behavior. To create positive
environment it is important to give rewards so that the activities can be conducted in a smooth
manner. By giving rewards it can be easy for the children to reduce the issue related with
bullying and also harassment. It has been analyzed that when individuals are motivated or the
children are motivated then it can be simple for them to create positive school environment. The
motivation given by the teachers can help the children to maintain the environment and also it
will help to bring efficiency in the overall activities of the children (Payne, 2015).
It has been seen that children are encouraged to make correct choice that can help to
complete the overall activities in the school. It is the duty of the staff to encourage a positive
approach which is related to the behavior management. It has been evaluated that behavior of the
children can be boosted or encouraged with the help of rewards. If teacher appreciate the
students when they conduct the activity in a proper manner then it is the best way to enhance the
overall motivation level. It is considered as the best way which can assist the children to create
good environment in the school. Also it is the duty of the children to focus on the rewards and
rules so that positive attitude can be created of the student. Rewards and sanctions also help to
praise the children so that positive behavior can be created of the children and also it will help to
reduce the negative behavior of the children (Armstrong et al., 2015).
One of the best ways is creating buddy board in which appreciation should be given to
the students so that they can feel motivated and happy. It has been seen that when other children
will see the appreciation given to the student then it can be easy for them to change the behavior.
Through this buddy stamp it can be easy for the children to earn gifts and chocolates which are
considered as one of the effective factor in context to the motivation given to the children (Ellis
et al., 2016).

Also attendance policy should be implemented so that students can come on time to the
school and conduct the activities according to the rules and regulations of the school. Reward
scheme should be introduced so that number of absentee can be reduced and also it will motivate
the students to give their best towards the overall activities assigned by the school. This policy
will help the students to achieve goals and targets which are given to the students and also it will
help to give right direction to the children.
