From this presentation, I observed about many skills that could be imperative for gaining my
presentation skills. From the presentation, I gained my understanding towards Bundaberg
Brewed Drinks that was established in 1960 by family. I observed that this organization is
one of the global successful private Australian firms. It is also evaluated that the company has
expanded its operations in the global market during the growth phase (Bryman and Bell,
2015). I observed that this organization has started to make the non-alcoholic products and
services to their potential and existing consumers after 1987. This organization was
successfully caused of higher demand of energy non-alcoholic drinks in the market. It is also
evaluated that this organization made many products like
Ginger Beer, Sarsaparilla, Lemon, Lime & Bitters, Traditional Lemonade, Apple Cider,
and Burgundee Creaming Soda. Others products are Guava, Blood Orange, Pink Grapefruit,
Peach, Passionfruit, Pineapple &Coconut, Diet Ginger Beer, Diet Sarsaparilla, Diet Lemon,
Lime and Bitters and, Spiced Ginger Beer. I observed that these products are their recent
development for their consumers. The organisation has launched these products at the
international level to getting higher completive benefits. The main causes of launching such
products are the higher demand of consumers, competitive benefits, makes a unique image in
the marketplace. From this presentation, I also gain my understanding towards the challenges
of an organization like Enhancement in the number of consumers for diet-friendly,
Enhancement in the organic and natural products, and Adapting to move toward the e-
commerce (Hair Jr, F., Wolfinbarger, Money, Samouel, and Page, 2015).
I was nervous at the time of presenting my content on the front of others as it was very
embarrassing for me. My communication skills are not effective that could also influence the
whole presentation. I gained my understanding about the presentation skills after completing
this course (Eriksson and Kovalainen, 2015).

I was confused about the appropriate contents towards the research concern. I across comes
from many presentation issues due to lack of different skills such as decision making skills,
communication skills, teamwork, presentation skills, and analytical skills (Sekaran and
Bougie, 2016). It could support to improve my confidence level and easily influence others
(Lin, Featherman, Brooks, and Hajli, 2018). But at the same time, I observed that I have
interpersonal skills that could support to make effective relationship with others. I enchased
my understanding towards the teamwork that could be effective to conduct the research in
future and obtain reliable outcome.
The teamwork could support to deal with diverse culture of people and make collaborative
decision. In addition, I also analysed that teamwork could enable the member to ethically
conduct behaviour and make collaborative decision. Moreover, it is also evaluated that
appropriate decision could enhance the chance of success. At the time of making power point
presentation, I feared about my content concern in the presentation. I used SWOT analysis
method for critically analysis my strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threat. I observed
that I have many weakness like lack of decision making, lack of appropriately communicate
with others, and emotion intelligence, and quickly react on the other behaviours (Wilson,
2014). Moreover, I used many approaches to eliminate my issues and get reliable outcome.
I obtained positive as well as negative experience from this course. I improved my
professional and personal skills that support me to conduct the study effectively in future.
Apart from this, I also realised that there are different factors that negatively impact on me
like conflict issue, interpersonal skill issue, and suddenly react on others (Neelankavil, 2015).
I suddenly react on other before analysing the behaviour of others as it could negative impact
on make positive relationship with others. Now, I need to focus on improving my
interpersonal skills that could support to improve my relation with others. In addition, it is
also analysed that I improve my pronunciation issue for effectively giving the presentation
