2. Supervisor 2. Supervisors are generally responsible

3. Labourers 3. The labourers of the Bungalow project
are mainly responsible of clear ground,
laying foundations, building drawrf walls,
developing oversite concrete, plastering,
plumbing, heating as well as painting.
They generally undertake the work for
finishing the project on the expected

4. Tradesman 4. The tradesman in the bunglow project
are the persons who will be responsible of
developing the floor joints, main walls,
ceiling joists, flashboards, skirting,

Quality Planning Approach
It is found that in order to maintain the quality of the Bungalow Project, proper quality
plan is required to be developed. For maintaining the quality of the project, the project will
generally meet all the objectives that are associated with quality by using the integrated quality
approach for defining, measuring as well as continuously improving the project. The quality of the
project will generally focus on the processes as well as procedures on which the deliverables of the
project will be created. It is found that estabilishment of process quality related standrds will be

The quality assurance approach of the Bungalow Project mainly focusses on the processes
