In organisation whether large or small, they have to work on their employees well-being
with the motive to directly contributes to the company productivity and performance(Adil and
Baig, 2018). When employees are well motivated they will display strong and healthier
behaviour and better decision-making in relation to build effective communication with different

and drop facilities to cater them in hotels as per their choices with lots of offerings for them. This
travelling company needs more effective operational channel in improving their organisational
performance. This company having the role of dealing with customers queries and complaint

There is a need for this company to recruit,train and properly supervise their staffs who are
