INTRODUCTION
People management is the way of encouraging, assisting and providing training of the
workers to enhance the performance and productive in the firm (Al-Jaber, 2020). Performance
management is the method of observing and analysing performance of the workers to accomplish
mutual goals. With the assistance of this manager is capable to reduce the chances of errors and
also it will lead to the enhanced productivity and growth of the company. Present report is
completed on the basis of a hospitality organization by the name of BUNI travel which is located
situated in Bolton, England. The following report will cover about the several techniques and
tools that will better the performance of the organisation. In addition to it, this will also include
about the role of the well being of the workers in increasing encouragement and performance.
Moreover to it, external evaluation through PESTLE analysis will also be covered in the report.
TASK
The specific instruments which can support performance enhancement of the organization
By analysing the performance management in order to understand regarding the
knowledge and capabilities of the workers, also how they are working in the organisation. Some
of the performance tools can be performance based appraisals, personal development plan and
many more. Tools and techniques are the way through which an organisation will be capable to
know the performance of all the workers in order to give them performance based incentives.
Additionally, some of the methods and tools that BUNI travels can use to their firm's
management planning in accordance to increase the productivity and performance:
