The people and performance are the terms which are interrelated as within the

which is local travel agent based in Bolton. It is the small workforce which is bee working with
the traditional personnel department(Fisher.,2020). This report will include various topic such as
the various tools and techniques which will help to improve organisational performance and role
of the employee well-being in improving motivation and performance.

techniques which can be utilised in order to improve the organisational performance. There is the

performance of the business enterprise:

appropriate manner. This means that for the management it is very important to evaluate
