Introduction
People refer to the workers who contribute their various ideas, creativity and their full
effort in their job role. With help utilizing these components productivity and popularity of
the company are definitely enhanced in market and between public for long time (Aigistina,
2021). But in the aspect of performance it is concerned with the process and in this process
performance of lower level workers are regularly monitored by higher authorities.
Performance also refer to finishing the task in systematic manner and in time by the
employees. The chosen company is BUNI travel and it is the largest tourist destination in
UK. This report will be covered tools and techniques which helps to improve organizational
performance, roll of employee wellbeing in improving motivation and performance and
includes a PESTEL analysis for the organization as an appendix of the report. The report will
be prepared on the basis of secondary data which includes magazines, books, journals,
newspapers and others.
What tools and techniques will help improve
organisational performance?
The tools which is utilized by BUNI travels for enhancing the performance and ability
of their employees are -
Effective utilization of Key Performance Indicator. In this tool top level
management are effectively measured the performance of employees in their work.
Due to using this tool organization easily find out their problems and evaluate the
areas where improvement are required (Amri and Ramdani, 2021). In relation to
BUNI travels, management must increase the employees work efficiency with help of
facilitating challenging task and case studies to them. After the effective analysis of
challenging task by workers their fluency in speaking and problem solving ability are
highly developed in long term.
Other technique is performance appraisal which is defined as an procedure. With
help of this technique organization are able to increase the work efficiency,
potentiality and ability of employees. Here flexibility are not given by higher
authorities to their workers in job role. In context to BUNI travel, management must
always keep fairness and transparency in their business functions. Due to maintaining
fairness strong positive relations are also sustained between employer and employee

increased at maximum level in short duration.
Next technique is 360-degree feedback and this is used by organization for evaluating
the current performance level of workers in every situation (Chu and Jang, 2022).
With help of this technique the value of each employee are effectively sustained in
long term. In context to BUNI travel, management are used this method for achieving
feedback's from their old and existing customers regarding their employees works.
Then according to that feedback travel agency must provide financial and other
benefits to their all workers. Due to taking feedback from users pressure are sustained
on organization for fulfilling their responsibilities in time for always producing
positive output.
Next one is MBO ( Management by objectives). In this technique specific standards
and objectives are fixed by company for serving best services and products to
consumers. For example sending the airline and other tickets digitally by the travel
agency to customers in time. For maintaining the objectives and standards effectively,
management must facilitate clear instructions to them. In this way organization easily
achieved their objectives, vision and mission for long time. In context to BUNI travel,
authority must determine the skills and talents of previous and new workers
systematically. After the effective analysis of their talent and skills organization
assign the task to them which leads to enhance the work efficiency of firm at
maximum level.
The last method is facilitating financial rewards to their employees. It is the most
effective methods in comparison with others (Damyar, Eyvazi and Mahmoodi Raja,
2021). Because with help of facilitating financial support to all categories of workers
they are highly motivated in their job role. Due to increasing employee motivation
level, task are easily done in systematic and effective manner. It leads to enhance the
trust of the employees towards company effectively. In context to BUNI travel,
management must facilitate decent salaries, bonus, incentives and other benefits to
employees time to time. Due to receiving these type of benefits employees always
maintained effective communication with higher authorities during the time of doing

Employee wellbeing is considered with those components which is important for
sustaining organization success, objectives and vision in long term (Jones, Woods and Zhou,
2021). It includes positive behavior of employees, emotional and mental health and others. In
workers wellbeing happiness is one of the most important factor which is highly important
for increasing the productivity of company and their employees. Therefore for increasing the
popularity of company workers crucial role in various aspects which are described below -

health perks, healthy meals and comprehensive heath plans to their employees. Due
to providing these type of facilitates lifestyle of the employees are totally changed

policy, insurance policy and others. But out of these insurance is one of the effective
policy which is highly useful for consumers during the time of traveling. Because here

company for providing quality products and services to customer in time. With help of
effective performance organization are able to identify the problems of their customers
