analyzing the working styles and performance of workers (Chu and Jang, 2022). It is the
tenth largest tourist destination in United Kingdom. This report will be covered various
techniques and tools which is essential for improving organizational performance, role of
workers well being in improving motivation and performance and also includes a PESTEL
analysis for the organization as an appendix of the report. The report is prepared on the basis
of analyzing secondary data which includes newspapers, journals, magazines, books and
others.
