INTRODUCTION
People performance management is a procedure which helps an organization in
getting results, and motivate their employee's to give their best work performance in their
respective work field to achieve their organizational set goals and missions. Proper
management of employees enhance the individuals to reach at their best potentials. This is an
organizational instrument that help a institution to monitor and measure their present
employees ongoing work. After adopting this procedure an organization can create a healthy
working surroundings that can improve their employees working efficiency(Farisi, and Fani,
2019). Furthermore, this report is based on BUNI travel which deal in the tour or traveling
services all around the world. It's head-office is established in Bolton. They have a small
administration employee force which works with traditional personal division and want to
gain their organizational presentation. The function of employee well-being betterment in
their psychological feature and action is also a portion of this written document. At last, a
complete PESTLE analysis on BUNI travel is also been included in this project.
