INTRODUCTION
For the organization, performance management division plays an important role in
getting the outcome, acquiring the best from their employees and helping them to achieve set
goals or aims. The main aim of this administrative division is to assist or train their
employees to give their best performance according to their particular area. Through this
process a firm can cover end-to-end process of natural ability learning, retentiveness and
improvement in their operations while offering continuous support to business and guidance
to their workers. It creates a surroundings where an individual is motivated to do the task
much more effectively and efficiently(Barajas, and Peterson,2018). Further this report is
based on BUNI travel which provide various tour and traveling services to the people of UK.
This traveling agency is based in Bolton, UK. The BUNI travel works with traditional
personal department as it is a small-work force which main aim is to improve its
organizational performance. Some tools and techniques are also been included in this report
by which an organization can increase their organizational performance, and role of
employee well-being in betterment of psychological feature and presentation. PESTLE

future. Some tools and techniques are discussed below which can help BUNI travel in rising-
