It is essential for every organization to focus on their management of
employees and resources in a appropriate manner so that they can achieve their
organizational goal. HR department is responsible to manage the employees of their
organization and help them to clear their doubts related to their roles and
responsibilities within their organization. HR department are also responsible to
measure the performance of their employees and make them aware whether they
need to improve their performance or not. When the employees are well aware about
their roles and responsibilities then they can perform well to achieve their
organizational objective by using available resources appropriately (Sensini, Shan
and Vazquez, 2021). BUNI travel is a local travel agent in Bolton which is having
small number of workforce. The company needs to improve their organizational
performance and use different kinds of tools and techniques for Human Resource
department to make the performance of their employees effective and well improved.
The following report covers tools and techniques which will help the BUNI travels to
improve organizational performance, role of employee well being in improving
motivation and performance in organization and PESTEL analysis for external
business environment analysis.
What tools and techniques will help improve organizational
performance?
It is essential for every organization to use those tools and techniques which
will help them to improve their performance and productivity. In context of BUNI
Travel, they can use following tools and techniques which are mentioned below for
their organizational benefit to manage the performance of their employees-
KPI- This is the tool which is used to measure that how the employees are
performing within the organization to achieve their goals and objectives. Here, the
strategies and targets of employees is mentioned and also the task to achieve the
goals (Sane, 2019). The HR manager of BUNI Travel will measure the performance
of their employees. KPI is also used in decision making process of their company by
providing them those data which is helpful for them to analyses how their new

their everyday performance.

Closing Learning Gaps- In case the company is unable to reach their goals
and objectives then this performance indicator help them to analyze the ways
