People management refers to the set of practices that are encompassed in
the end to end processes of acquisition of talent, optimization of talent and retention
of talent by providing continued support in the activities of business. This is a key
subset of the human resource department where the different aspects such as work,
behavior and engagement are considered (Aguinis, 2019). This report is based on
the case study of a company called BUNI Travel which is a local travel agent in
Bolton. They have a considerably small workforce which works with a traditional
personnel department. This report covers the tools and techniques which can be
used to improve organizational performance and the role of employees in
maintaining the wellbeing of enhancing motivation and performance.

Performance Appraisal- Performance appraisal is a tool which can be used
in BUNI to combine the common and professional goals of organization and
ultimately deliver the objective. Appraisals are technique of motivating the
employees by increasing monetary value and the responsibilities associated

of improving the performance as the employees of BUNI will get detailed

Therefore, BUNI should develop ways in which they can enhance the
